The shea butter will be hard when you receive it. Apparently normal. You'll need a small, hard scraper to remove it from the container. But it will soften and melt quickly as you manipulate it. I'm testing it against Vitamin E on my knee scar. So far, the shea butter seems to flatten and lighten the scar better, but it's been only about 10 days.

It's really nice I recommend it smoothing for the skin

I love this Shea butter the scent is good not to Smokey and works wonders on every part of your body. However the container came broken I wish the container was thicker and more sturdy. I would recommend and buy again. I gave 4 stars because of broken container but the product is a 10/10

This shea butter comes out authentically solid but after you rub it into your hands it becomes silky smooth and refreshes your dry skin very well!

Great stuff !!! So much better than any other moisturizer. Heals scars much better than the way expensive scar cream that begins with an "M" and ends with an "a". Sooths tired dry feet apply after a shower or bath and put cotton socks on, it feels like a cozy blanket on your feet.
