Greatly helps for heel spurs, yet my 5 star rated podiatrist never recommended the correct solution to my problem. No matter what shoe, boot, or sneaker I wore, nothing helped - including footwear and expensive insoles made for heel issues, until adding these. I have high arches and adding these to my feet significantly lowered pain to the point where I can be on my feet all day. Just make sure you align the padding correctly. Highly recommended!!!!

First, I'm not a paid shill and got charged full price. Now that legitimacy has been established I cannot express how pleased I am with this product. It works great and works immediately. I've spent two years with each step of one foot being pure agony and have gone through orthotics, gel inserts, socks, new boots, new shoes, stretches, etc and nothing worked as I ate pain pills like candy. I ordered this product as I was running out of options that didn't involve ludicrous medical bills with marginal success chances, I wish I ordered them sooner and didn't misjudge them based on their simplicity. After putting these on, I immediately took not only pain free steps for the first time in years but also normal steps. The pain was gone from my heel and the center bottom outer side of my foot and stays gone all day while I work wearing these. My ankle pain is gone on both legs as is the soreness in my knees. I can finally once again move, walk and work normal. I wear 14EE boots so these fit even big feet comfortably and they are marked to make it easy to put them on right. Shipping was fast as well, for me. I definitely recommend these if you have arch problems and want immediate and easy relief. I really wish I had ordered these earlier!

These did well compared to other like items I tried. Not quite as good as custom orthotics but close.

I have severe plantar (going on 8 months) and after going through so many lousy insoles and comfort items, these turned out to be the best! My only complaint is that you can’t wear normal shoes with it on. I wear these with looser shoes, sneakers and slippers. They hit the perfect spot to give relief. They come with different inserts to help hit that right spot. They adjust perfectly to your foot width. Skip the other insoles, you won’t be sorry.

My son has an issuing with collapsing arches on his feet. Finding shoes that he can stand in is very difficult. His new job requires him to wear work boots all day and quite a bit of standing. Futura arch support worked fantastic. He said the 1st day using them at work was the 1st day he didn't feel any pain in his feet. Has been using them for 6 months now and still in great shape.

I bought these and didn’t even realize there was 2 in the box.lol I was pleasantly surprised.I wear these all day at work.I am on my feet for 8 hours on concrete and these have helped so much with my foot pain.They stay put too!

These have been amazing with giving temporary relief from fallen arches. Fits in my shoes and can't even tell I'm wearing them.

This brace was too bulky for my narrow feet. Do not recommend.
