I got the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go 256GB, and it’s been fantastic! It plugs seamlessly into both USB Type-A and Type-C ports on my Mac and Android phone. Delivery was quick, and the transfer speeds are super fast. The 256GB capacity is great for freeing up space on my phone and laptop, especially for photos and videos. It’s well-built and strong—I’ve dropped it a few times, but it still works perfectly, making it great value for money. The included key ring holder is a lifesaver for this tiny USB, though I haven’t tested its water resistance, so I’m careful. It really shines in functionality! I have also tried and tested connection with TVs, greatly working.

The device is tiny, which is nice, and has USB-C and USB-A connectors (you can protect one port or the other but not both). Not many USB sticks have USB-C and USB-A and most of them are completely unknown brands. SandDisk is a known brand and at under 10 euro for 64Gb I believe it is a good deal.Formatted exFAT on my Mac M2 it is fully compatible with my Android tablet.With medium/large files it achieves the promised 150MB/sec read speed, but only 30MB/s write is a bit disappointing. To verify the benchmark I also copied a 7.44Gb file to it and it took 5 minutes and 16 seconds, which results in a 24MB/sec write speed.

works very fast. no issue with connection. it does get hot when up or downloading a lot of data but don't get worried, it is designed to handle the heat. It is smaller than I expected but I guess modern technology moves fast.

I'm happy with it, it works really well. The transfer speeds have been fast, and I appreciate having both connection types. Mine's cooler because it's purple, but I'm sure the other colours work fine too ;) It's good value for 256GB, it seems well made.

I ordered 3 but only one works! The other 2 are unusable.The first one, I put into my laptop, it was detected and I put some files onto it. Switched to another laptop and it was no longer detected and also became super hot. As in I could hardly touch it, even though it’s plastic, not metal, it was super hot! Left it to cool down. Put it back into the first laptop but it was still not detected. Been unable to access this first disk since. I even tried on my iPad Pro, also undetected.Tried the second disk in the second laptop and it gave an error message saying the disk previously malfunctioned and cannot be read. Even though it was the first time I used this disk. Since then, it’s mostly undetected, then occasionally it’s detected, but gives the error message. Undetected on both laptops and iPad Pro. This one also heats up quite a lot, but less than the first one.The third disk was to transfer things between a steam deck and iPad Pro and works fine for now. Heats up a bit, but nowhere near as much as the other two. I’m too afraid to try it on any other devices in case it malfunctions too.Overall super disappointed. Transferring files should not be this complicated.I’ve used this brand, not this model of disk, but older, much smaller models, purchased years ago, for many years. (They have smaller disk space, so not suitable for my current needs) I really thought I was buying something to make life easier. Would not recommend.
