High quality inversion table. Low quality assembly instructions
Very well made piece of equipment and a third of the price of some others! My back felt better the second that I got in a horizontal position. Once I was completely inverted; the feeling was euphoric! I am not exaggerating, it was he best my back has felt in months. Having the blood rush to your head is, of course, uncomfortable, and you should gradually lower your head below your feet. However, the relief of my aching back was so instant that I didn't want to get out of it. I would echo all the other comments about the assembly instructions; they are really bad. It was a challenge to say the least, you are going to need to be patient. I used the photos from Amazon to help with assembly. I would recommend hand tightening all the bolts until the end when you are sure that you have everything right. Lastly, you are going to need tools! The packaging comes with 2 hex wrenches and 2 open end wrenches. There is no way that I could have gotten it together with the tools that came with it. Nuts and bolts are metric and the largest is a 17mm and a socket wont fit (you'll need a wrench). If you like problem solving and have the patients (and the tools); its a fun project. If you know that you aren't "handy", this is probably not the table for you.

Great way to stretch out your back!
The Emer Elivite Inversion Table is amazing. I had ordered it for my dad when he mentioned he was looking for additional ways to stretch out his back, since he had been having problems with it. Upon searching Amazon I came across this and when I compared it to the other tables on the market this was the cheapest I could find.Upon receiving the product which came very fast, the box was a little beat up, and even a few parts were broken. However, I submitted a repair claim on Amazon, and the customer service I received back was absolutely astonishing. Within that same day I submitted my inquiry, I got a personalized e-mail back telling me that replacement parts were already on their way to me.The new parts came extremely fast and were in perfect condition. So with that said, the actual product itself is great. I've used it myself and all you do is lock your feet into place near the bottom so that you won't fall out of it. You then slowly lay back till you're fully inverted and before you even go all the way down you can hear your back stretching with those satisfying cracks that lets you know it's working. After having it for over a year now I believe, it still works perfectly and I haven't had any issues with it. If you're looking for something cheap that'll get your back, back into shape this is the best way to do it at an affordable cost.I would definitely recommend this product to my friend as well.

Bang for the Buck, Difficult to Assemble
Pros:- Good Quality in Terms of Structural Integrity- Good Quality for the Price- Timely Delivery- Parts are nicely packaged and wrapped in plasticCons:- The ankle holders tug on the skin a bit, but wearing long socks can reduce the pain (what do you expect you're hanging upside down by your ankles?)- Assembly is rather difficult. The directions are worded in a way that allows for many ambiguities to be observed. Also, the directions leave out the part about adding on the "rubber feet," as I have decided to call them. Although it is pretty straightforward, some directions would have been nice. Oh, and the diagrams i got to aid assembly were slightly blurry, so I kept having to refer to the master diagram to assemble it.Overall:If you are on a budget, you should consider this inversion table. I have only had this for about a week, but so far I'm impressed with the quality, considering the price I paid it for it.

THE WORST ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS EVER
Once the Inversion table was assembled, it works fine, but the instructions make no sense at all. The part numbers for the bolts, washers, and wing nuts do not at all correspond with the instruction booklet. Read the instructions as far as what part goes together first, second, etc, but You will do better just looking at the pictures of the machine and kind of figuring what bolts and nuts go where. Some of the parts were halfway assembled when the big box arrived, as if some other person had previously bought the thing we got and then gave up midway through assembly and returned it. Again, the machine is pretty cool, but the instructions need a lot of improvement. Ultimately, I'm hoping it saves my aching back.

It Works
So I bought the inversion table to releive stress on my back. I use it whenever I feel pain, mine is due to a compressed disk so streching out the back is the perfect solution. Table is well made and very sturdy, movment is smooth. Took about an hour to assemble. From just one use of 5 min I feel relief, Use it multiple times over the course of a few days and pain is gone. The only thing I would caution is when inverted I felt strain on ankles but thats just me. Also if you lack upper body strenth you may want to use only when another person is around. Depending on your body length weight distribution you may need assistance righting yourself.

emer inversion table
I read the reviews and thought this would be good for me. I guess I didn't pay enough attention because I made the same mistake another person did during assembly. Too funny. They were right it doesn't impact the product performance. I assembled it alone with the assistance of a chair at one point to get bolts into place for the bed. This definitely a 2 person assembly unless your a really talented individual. Assembly took me about 6 hours because there were times I had to sit down and figure out what they were talking about. I had some trouble getting the poles into the rubber floor protectors but finally got that to work also. I was a little frustrated by the time I was done assembling but the benefit now far exceeds the assembly snafus.
