Too expensive and ineffective!
This items was very ineffective. If I wanted stop the leaks, I basically had to cut off all circulation. Even then, with the pain and all. There was still leakage. I used this item maybe 5 times thinking it would get better. It never did. Big waste of $100.

Works great but order a size up if you have an implant.
I had a radical prostatectomy October 3rd and as a result I have urinary incontinence .I had to wear Depends and change them at least 5 times a day.I do my pelvic floor exercises and now only wear Depends at night, during the day I wear pads (about 2 or 3).I found the Pacey Cuff and ordered one. It's easy to use and it works great.Circumference of my flacid penis is 4" so according to sizing chart, I ordered a Medium, which worked great but difficult to get the right fit to stop leaks because I have a penile implant. My penis is a little more solid than penis without an implant.I should have ordered Large to accommodate the extra firmness.I received my large Cuff yesterday and wore it today, it's much more comfortable and easy to adjust.

I have trouble keeping it in place.
Because of my prostate surgery it does not work very good for me. It does stop the leakage but I have to tighten it too tight to keep it on. If I loosen it up a little it comes off.

Probably would be great for urinary control
This was a really nicely made product . The downside for me was you need to be pretty firm to have it stay in place and I've had radiation damage which doesn't allow that for me. Also I noticed and the two may go hand in hand but the plastic buckle you adjust with pinched.

It does not work! Constantly slipping off!
It does not work! Constantly slipping off no matter how tight! Very frustrating!! I wanted to return it ("money back guaranteed") but an apparent 30 day window had closed. I wish that I could get refunded and return it,

Looks good, but functionally inadequate
Was looking for an option that was more comfortable than the Jackson clamp. This isn't it, guys. Those of us without a prostate need something that is both effective and reasonably comfortable. This device, which having some similarities to the Jackson clamp, is only moderately effective and very difficult to use. The Jackson clamp is simple where the Pacey Cuff is complex. The "power sleeve" verges on useless and is pretty much unneeded. Adjusting the cuff itself is cumbersome at best. Go back to the Jackson clamp until someone comes up with a better product.

Pacey Ultra Cuff as a solution for male incontenence
After being diagnosed with prostate cancer, I was left totally incontinent, no bladder control following a radical prostatectomy a year ago now. I needed further treatment including hormone and radiation, and one of the doctors said I should find a “medical clamp” to keep me dry during radiation. For nine months I have been using the Pacey Cuff Ultra and it has allowed me to return to nearly normal activity level in all I do. The Cuff is easy to use, totally painless when put on properly, is totally inconspicuous and requires no special care or complicated instruction. I have purchased several to cover emergencies and cleaning to allow continuous use. I completely recommend the Cuff and for those in similar condition, you will find the Pacey MedTech people supportive and caring.Don H.

Painful after 30 minutes. Pretty worthless in my opinion.
I had a temporary need after a surgery. Painful to use.
