Great on chicken. Mayo-like consistency, full flavor.You can taste the garlic and preserved lemons it's really delicious.

To help you understand what your getting with this sauce, you should be aware that while this is a garlic sauce it is very bitter and it masks the garlic flavor even though you can taste it if you try hard enough. Im not familiar with moroccan foods but its based of that. The bitter flavor is tolerable but it I cant say its worthy of getting again. So this product will be liked by anyone who likes a their sauce to be a bit bitter, otherwise consider something else.

Really weird taste, garlic is super strong and the vinegar doesnt go well with it, bottle is like half empty really gotta squeeze to get anything out. Not sure how people like the taste of this thing to be honest
