I'm known as the gaget queen in my household, however, nothing stays in my kitchen if it doesn't work. I've tried other types of meatballers in the past, none that I found successful as they always seem to get stuck in the mould. Tried this one out and it's great. You can either do filled or unfilled meatballs. The meatballs come out of the mould most of the time without any effort, sometimes, they need a little coaxing. I've only tried the gadget with minced meat, but I'm sure there are other possibilities, maybe some fish balls, then cover in breadcrumbs? Easy to clean too, I put mine in the dishwasher and they seem to be ok. I would definitely recommend the product.

For days I scoured the internet for one of these, finally found one and was not disappointed! Great little gadget for batch cooking meatballs. Haven’t cooked any yet as made and popped in the freezer so yet to see if they fall apart..... so far so good!

Utilisé aujourd'hui pour la première fois pour faire des sushis farcis. Les deux premiers ne sont pas bien sortis mais les suivants étaient parfaits. C'est un coup de main à prendre, en trois minutes donc franchement ça va et même mon mari a réussi à s'en servir (pourtant il fuit les fourneaux) . Le produit semble solide et passe très bien au lave vaisselle. Je recommande vivement !

Die beiden 'Chügel'-Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei, wenn man etwas Übung hat. Am Anfang blieb die Masse etwas kleben, aber das war eher der klebrigeren Konsistenz meiner Masse geschuldet als dem Produkt. Tipp: man kann hier auch durch etwas Öl per Pinselauftrag in die Form das Kleben minimieren.Das Resultat überzeugt aber vollkommen. Danke!Noch viel besser wäre es, gäbe es das Produkt noch aus komplett Edelstahl zu kaufen.Ich 'chügele' trotzdem munter weiter :-).

Will man seine Fleischbällchen mit einigermassen sauberen Händen machen, muss ein Löffel oder eine Gabel zum Befüllen verwendet werden. Dann dauert die ganze Aktion aber eine Ewigkeit. Nehme ich meine Hände geht es zügig. Die Innenseiten müssen nach ca. 5-10 Bällchen immer wieder eingeölt werden, sonst bleibt oft Fleischmasse an den Seiten hängen und die eingebrachte Füllung fällt heraus. Gut dagegen ist überhaupt die Möglichkeit, schnell ein Loch in den Hackfleischball zu drücken, das dann mit Käsestückchen, Senf etc. befüllt werden kann. Meine Frau meint es ist eine teure Spielerei. Teuer ist das Set ja, besonders weil ich das grosse Exemplar nicht verwende, aber ich experimentiere gern mit den Füllungen.
