Delivery was good but on a wood palette that then had to be broken down and disposed of. Shipper should removed and recycle not leave it to buyer.Sofa pillows are very cheaply made but main couch is quite lovely. Form and shape as seen and very comfortable. I am using a high velcro to keep two sections from pulling apart which is the only part that should have a better design feature. Otherwise easy to install, clean and looks fantastic. Amazon price beat all as well.

This sofa arrived some difficulty with the carrier. Nevertheless, no reflection on the seller or the product. The sofa is whiter than appears in the pictures. The leather is comfortable. All in all a simple, no fuss stylish sofa which works well for my Manhattan apartment to give minimalist look.

this company has the best customer service on line. the sofa was great too. it took its time arriving but it wasn't their fault. I'm pleased and got lots of compliments.

It is good quality. Firm but comfortable seating. Only complaint is that the pattern is a very subtle checkerboard on the grey version that is hard to see in the pictures. I would have preferred a more solid pattern, but it still looks nice. However, the weave of the pattern is such that the cat can pull it out, but that is the hazard of having pets, so I don't hold it against the manufacturer.
