Good heat and good flavor, but very low sodium. It's a little watery, but that's not a problem for me. It is nice and hot and has a great flavor to boot.

As someone who cooks for people who have different dietary requirements, I was stumped when it came to providing low or no salt & sugar, gluten-free hot sauce options. Most popular hot sauces have a lot of sodium and added sugars, so I was stoked to discover Brother Bru-Bru's. I went with the African pepper for the first try, and I was not disappointed. The flavor is rich and the heat is moderate-to-low, depending on your tolerance. It's been great on all sorts of dishes, from fish to tacos to roasted vegetables.I noticed the lack of sugar/salt at first bite, but quickly got used to it. The excellent taste & heat make up for it, and this is an excellent option for those who have to watch their sodium and sugar intake. I will definitely try their Latin American Spice version next.

These are very tasty and satisfying with the just amount of heat. All the bad stuff left out💕

I absolutely love these sauces, they have zero bad ingredients and are the only on the market that are both salt and sugar free, and taste absolutely delicious. Especially, the Latin American sauce, it makes my dishes taste like authentic Mexican food!

I used to get this at my Raley’s and of course they stopped carrying it. Was waiting for them to restock, but got the bright idea to check Amazon. Glad to have found this unique tasting hot sauce that elevates my eggs, potatoes, chicken and more. It has a sweetness and smokiness. What I love about it is it has flavor while having that great spice and kick. I wouldn’t say it’s too spicy but you will definitely feel it. I feel I have an average tolerance of spice and this is perfect for me.

Even without the benefits of no added salt or sugar, this is just plain good hot sauce. It's just enough different from typical hot sauces to be a good add to any hot sauce collection, yet still good on all the things you would expect hot sauce to go well with.

The bottle I received had the top broken off and it leaked all over the inside of the box and its contents. Therefore I can not review this product as it deserves to be, yet, I will never order it again when it cannot even be packaged for transport safely. It should be noted that it was likely packed by Amazon and not the unfortunate retailer. My one star is reflective of my overall experience with this product and does not reflect the quality of the product itself at all. It did smell quite good though.
