Why did you pick this product vs others?:I 've worn these sandals for years. Comfortable and long lasting.

I bought these sandals five years ago and wore them at least eight months each year. When I needed new sandals this year, I surfed the net for something similar but couldn't find anything to my liking. Finally I thought "Why not buy them again if they are still available?". So I looked up my old Amazon order, simply pressed the "Buy again" button, and a week later I had them on my feet. What distinguishes these sandals from the rest is both solid toe and heel protection, which gives them the comfort of shoes without their tightness.

Very good quality! Comfortable! The only thing I would change would be the strap over the toes needs to be longer. It’s is a stretch to get it to the right size. They do tend to stretch after wearing a few times.

Hooray! These are comfortable and cute enough for a lady to wear. I’m a size 8.5-9 in women’s. These fit a little looser than I wish, but overall perfect to adventure in!

Rugged and good looking. Fits well for my ugly feet. I technically wear a 8.5 shoe but I have Fred Flintstone feet so I usually go to a 9 if they don't have a wide.

New model is over-engineered.. has "raised imprint" on inner sole that is misaligned and very painful!1. I have purchased 3 or these sandals over the last few years, and was very happy with these. I use two pairs concurrently - brown for outdoor, and black for indoor.2. Last month, I purchased one more, and this new model has an imprint on inner sole (apparently to keep your foot in place while using this sandal). In reality, this is absolutely a disaster! On some days, my feet align with the imprints and on some days they dont. This is especially problematic if i wear socks or ankle braces etc. And when there is no alignment, these raised imprints cause miserable pain! If I wear these all day, the pain just compounds and I am not able to walk by the end of the day!3. Too bad the return window closed on me. I tried shaving off these raised imprints with a razer, but that has not helped either. These go into the garbage now,,,, and i guess i have to buy my next pair of sandals from DSW or local retail store where I can try before I buy

Comfortable while new but not made to last. Weak stitches, especially the front toe strap which is literally held on with just 3 thin loops of thread on each side. Also the velcro clasps lose their grip very quickly.
