I have a very high foyer with a chandelier that does nothing but collect dust and cobwebs. This was PERFECT for reaching all of the high places I cant reach without a ladder. I also have mirrors from Ikea that need a ladder to clean but now I can just use this. The squeegee is perfect for that! Lay some towels down underneath the mirror and use the spray glass cleaner I get from Walmart (that stuff is a miracle in a can!) and they look brand new. Best investment I have made in a long time with this cleaning kit. The pole is a heavy (not too heavy that it is uncomfortable lifting it) metal. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a little more height to reach the places you can't get to.

I love the cleaning kit. The handle makes it easy between cleaning tasks. I also like the fact that I can drop my dust mop right into the washer to have it ready for my next cleaning day. I use the sponge head to clean my 9 ft. slider. It really makes clean a breeze...I don't have to go up and down on a ladder to clean my windows. What a great clean kit. I highly recommend purchasing this.

With 20 ft high walls in the stairwell, I wasn't able to wash down or even dust off the walls very easily. I'm afraid of ladders, so I needed to find another option, and this product reached the top of the walls easily. It's very sturdy, so I was able to scrub back and forth without much effort. It did a very nice job, and is just what I was looking for. However, I wasn't prepared for the drippiness of the mop because there is no way to wring it out prior to using it. I had a sloppy mess on the floor! I was able to squeeze out some of the wetness with my hands, but it was still kind of messy. And as a suggestion, it would be even better it the mop's attachment to the handle would swivel instead of just moving from side to side. I'm pretty happy with this product.

The high reach stick is truly high reach! I have a very hight ceiling and I was surprise that it reached the ceiling. However, when I used the cleaning mop the weight of it would cause the stick the retract and it basically was not reaching the area that I wanted to clean. This was very annoying and I was not able to clean with it. That is why I give this 3 stars. It does reach very high but it has to be made better so that when the stick is fully opened and in an upright position to clean a high up area, it holds up and does not retract.

Being in a wheel chair makes it hard to reach certain areas to clean.The handle is sturdy and the attachments are well made.I have a dog in the house and this time of year the shedding of hair is killing me. I used the dust mop part and couldn't believe how well it picked up and how clean my floors looked.I have decorative panels on my 4 season doors. Each of the sections are small, tedious. and hard to get into. When the dog wants out he sticks his nose to the door and then jumps on the door. I used the squeegee to scrub and squeegee the windows. The squeegee fits the windows perfectly and the scrub brush on the squeegee cleans wonderfully.I have yet to use the duster on the ceiling, but I did use it on my fans and it worked great. I really wish that I had ordered this product a long time ago. It has really eased my work load. Where my wheel chair wont let me reach or go my new high reach cleaning kit does. I agree with Tesla. This was certainly not worth the money! The squeegee is popping out and I've used it only for the second time. I like the long pole, it's too bad the squeegee is very small and is made so poorly. Don't bother wasting your money. I'm not sure it's worth sending back, it was mailed USPS and shipping it back may not be worth it!

The box had been crushed in transport and some of the attachments were attempting to work their way out of the crushed box, but I will not reduce stars for that. I feel the boxing is appropriate, but things do happen in transport. The product itself is as described and performs as described. I need this due to the high ceiling I have at my entrance that I started to see a few spider webs that I was not able to reach with my current ladder. I also have some high windows in this same area that the squeegee has been very useful in help me to clean that had gone unclean for a little over a year since we purchased the new house. I'm very happy with this product and it's attachments. I would recommend this item to other users.

My only con to this product is that I wish it were just a bit longer but the length was correct. What surprised me was how well the attachments cleaned up after being used, very easy and they look new again!One other thing to mention even though it is related to Amazon and not the product.. When I recieved this in a box that was over four feet long, three feet wide and at least 8 inches thick, I was totally stumped as to what it was! After opening it an pulling out over 20 yards of packing paper! I found the brown box the manufacturer supplied, 4' x 8" by 4inches wide! What a Waste!!
