Incredible stability and versatile features—fantastic tripod for travel or studio
I recently purchased the NEEWER 77-Inch Camera Tripod Monopod, and I’m seriously impressed with how solid and stable it is. The support and stability are incredible—even when fully extended, it holds my DSLR securely without wobbling, which gives me so much confidence when shooting long exposures or panoramas. The 360° panoramic ball head is super smooth and makes it easy to capture precise shots from any angle. I also love the 2-axis center column, which allows me to adjust the camera for overhead shots or low-angle photography—so versatile for different styles of shooting.Despite being sturdy, it’s lightweight and easy to carry thanks to the included travel bag. It folds down compact enough to fit into my backpack, which makes it perfect for travel photography. The Arca-type quick-release plate is reliable and saves time when switching between handheld and tripod shots. The build quality feels premium, and the legs lock firmly into place. For the price, it’s an amazing tripod that offers features you’d normally see in higher-end models.Pros:✅ Incredible support and stability, even fully extended✅ Smooth 360° panoramic ball head for versatile angles✅ 2-axis center column great for overhead and low shots✅ Lightweight yet sturdy—ideal for travel✅ Arca-type quick-release plate for easy camera changes✅ Holds up to 34 lbs, perfect for heavy gearCons:❌ Slightly bulky when folded compared to mini tripods❌ Ball head adjustment knobs take a bit of getting used to

This is a great less expensive tripod.
I have been in to photography for ~10 years and have had tripod ranging from 10's of dollars to 100's of dollar and this is one of the better ones I have had. I bought a name brand tripod from the local camera store a few years ago that was the most expensive tripod I have purchased at ~$300 and that thing last one light hike before it broke the first time, they send replacement part but with in a month that thing was trash and to top it off it was not very stable so I kept using one of my smaller, cheaper tripods until I had a shoot that I needed a bigger tripod so I ordered this one and man it is a game changer. It is much more sturdy and resilient than my other tripods and has already held up better than my more expensive tripod. I will say that this is light so you will need to hang your camera back from the hook to get the most stability from it, but that is a trade off of any lighter tripod. The expandability of the legs are great and you can get stable on very uneven surface . I would highly recommend this tripod for anyone looking for a good, sturdy, cheaper tripod.

Compact and Sturdy
Took this on a work trip and it worked well for my Canon 6D. Downside was it wouldn't fit in my carry-on since I traveled in winter and needed to pack layers for the trip. On the return trip they decided to count it as a second personal item and I had to check my carry-on or risk loosing the tripod to the TSA void. No one said anything on my flights there.Either way it's compact and light making it perfect for travel. Didn't feel super flimsy when completely extended. Never felt like my camera was at risk of a horrible accident if I took a step away or looked the other way. However I was using a modest 24-70mm lens or a wide angle lens and neither added a significant amount of weight to the front of the camera. Was a good price and will use it again for sure. Would be good for hiking if you don't want to be adding the weight of a bigger tripod. Have not used it as a monopod. But did try turning it into one and found it easy to do. Happy with this addition to my equipment options.

Sturdy, Lightweight, and Easy to Use
This tripod exceeded my expectations! It’s sturdy enough to handle my DSLR and smooth when adjusting angles. Super easy to set up and collapse, plus it’s lightweight enough to travel with. Great value for the price—perfect for both photography and video work.

Fits in bag. Just different than what I'm used of.
It's a good sturdy set up. It's different how you have to fold legs up around top to fit in bag.

Sturdy
I am pleased with this purchase. I had shopped for a tripod for awhile and knew that, among other things, I wanted a ball mount and this tripod has that. This is not a monopod AND a tripod -- it's one or the other. One of the tripod legs detaches to become the monopod. I'm not complaining about this, just thought it would be helpful to someone to see in a review. The carrying case is very durable, with a shoulder strap for easy carrying. It includes a standard camera mount as well as a mount you can put your cell phone into if you like. (I haven't tried out the cell phone mount, but it's there.) The actual camera mount also comes with its own cover to keep it further protected.
