This product was originally 750 mg. The current description is incorrect. I have MS and have a hard time swallowing pills. This is the only thing that I have found that helps with swelling in my ankles. I wish they would go back to their original formula of 750 mg instead of 200 mg. I'm not sure of the 1000 mg of L-carnitine that has been added either. I should be taking at least 600 mg but now I'm taking this and other ingredients instead. My guess personally would be cost. Why else would they change a great product? It still works somewhat but the original product was perfect.

I need liquid forms of supplements for them to be absorbed, and have tried every form of R-Alpha L I could find. This is the best tasting and good dose product I've found. Love this product.

This tastes bad. Burning in the back of your throat. Not worth the taste for the small amount of Alpha Lipoic Acid you actually get from the dose.

This was a combination Item I was testing for a friend, main focus on the Liposomal C, 32 packets of 3g each. This was testing in advance of possible use by his wife. I have used several high quality forms of Liposomal vitamin C including some liquid ones like this from different vendors.This one disappointed me, as unlike the other ones I'm familiar with, it tasted acidic in the mouth and going down the throat, more as if it was just ascorbic acid dissolved in water. As a Liposomal formulation, it was not as effective in being easy on the mouth and gut, and after two doses, one in the morning, one in the evening, I had an upset stomach. It might not be related to this product, but what I was eating was the same menu as the previous day, no issues then.

Probably the most bang for your buck for R-ALA. 750 mg, combined with Vitamin C, I haven't come across anything that comes close to this product. Extra bonus, there are 40 servings, so it will last over a month. They only negative thing I can say about it, it tastes kinda icky but it's tolerable. I have had worse tasting supplements! Totally recommend this.

Oh goodness what a life saver this is. Been taking it for about a month and a half and it just started working its miracles. Everyone with neuropathy knows the pain you can have at night and sometimes in the day, save yourself and get this natural remedy. No prescribed pills that can zone you out and make you unsteady on your feet. You need this product.Updating as of July 28,2020Went to order more after scraping the money together for a new bottle and the price went up 15 bucks! Oh my word this is not only heartbreaking but horrifying. I won't be ordering it unless the price comes down again and maybe not even then. I just don't get how people with a product that actually helps can do this and think it's ok. After the price jump I managed to find a site that was selling it for the original price of 49.95, a price I find very reasonable for the relief I get. I have noticed that the price on these here has come down to 29.95 a bottle which is a steal p.
