The real deal
This aged cheddar is quite good (first time I've tried it). I usually get Tillamook brand, but wanted to try something different--saw good reviews and went for it. No complaints. Great with smoked oysters and great on a burger. Added a lot to a salami sandwich too. Comes in a wax coating and shipped with a cold-pack, so there was no concern for spoilage.

There is a lot to say about this product and the company,,,,,,first of all there is a lot of pride in this product it is easily seen in the packaging and the shipping it is handled with pride at every point,,,,,,,and as for the taste excellence perfect to set down with as a couple to just enjoy with your favorite beverage,,,,,,it pairs with all most everything I don’t drink alcohol so my choice is Hawaii punch which the cheese goes well with,,,,,as for me I will be a customer of this product for a long time to come,,,,,,my hat is off to this product and it’s family
