I live in Florida-humidity tends to cause a problem with mold and mildew. I was introduced to this product in 2012 when a water pipe leak cause the growth of mold behind my kitchen cabinets and under the flooring. This is the product that the restoration service used to treat the area. It worked beautifully. I generally use it in areas that around windows, doors, garage, utility room, bathrooms, and kitchen a couple of times a year following spring and fall cleaning. Interesting side benefit I've notice is that ants do not like it and I haven't seen any in my house in several years.
