Radio loses power after a few seconds of transmitting.
I bought 10 of these batteries and all of them would cause the radios to turn off after transmitting for a few seconds. Elxjar seriously needs quality control.

Battery failed after four months. Stays as flashing yellow in charger. Other battery in the pair still charges to green.

Installed batteries in two radios August 17, 2022 5 months later they want even last 4 hours of on time with approx. 20 minutes talk time.
