Cool mama's cool bag!
I was sceptical about spending so much on a diaper bag but let me tell you it was worth it. First, it looks really good and is a neutral print so that my husband doesn't feel awkward carrying it. Secondly, it has sufficient storage space. I have been carrying 2-3 tommee tippee bottles, 2-3 ready to feed enfamil bottles, burp cloths, bib extra clothing for baby, a shirt for hubby and a shirt for myself, changing pad (I have my own so dont carry the petunia built in changing pad), makeup and phone, kindle for myself, clutch size wallet and there is still space for more. Also it doesn't feel all that heavy with all this stuff. I use the messenger strap for carrying as dont really like back packs :) I definitely recommend buying this bag.

Three Stars
It is nice, but It is to heavy and it doesn't have enough room inside. I really expected something better for this price. My baby is two months old, and I already looking for a new diaper bag (maybe kippling)

Pretty but... Pretty pricey for what it is
I was looking for a backpack and/or messenger style diaper bag because my tote had become too clunky and too hard to manage and I could only envision that getting more annoying as my son becomes more mobile. I had never heard of Petunia Pickle Bottom bags before, but loved the look of them - the boxy style, the pretty prints, the diaper portion in the front, the convertibility of the straps. I couldn't wait to get it, but I have been a bit disappointed and have mixed feelings about it.The bag is even prettier in person than in the picture and I love the glazed cotton fabric and the beautiful embroidery. The changing pad is larger than I expected and I like that you can access the diapers and wipes by lifting the flap (which has magnetic closure and snaps - so nice) so you don't have to unzip and unroll the changing pad if you don't need it. That being said, I can only fit 3 size 3 Honest Company diapers, the PPB wipes container and a small tube of Honest Company diaper rash ointment. While 3 diapers is enough for a daytime outing, it is not enough for travel.I think I was also a bit disappointed by the material on the inside. It is a light grey cotton fabric that isn't water resistant and looks kinda cheap. There is 1 zippered compartment, 2 slot compartments and 2 uninsulated bottle compartments (the 2 compartments on the outside are not insulated either!). Once those are filled up, there is not much room left for anything else. My small cosmetic bag, thin wallet and a change of clothes are really all I can fit in there. The bag, once loaded, is very heavy and hangs at an odd angle on my back, so I will probably end up having to use it as a messenger. Either way I carry it, I will probably be worried about the straps; they seem to be made of a thin seatbelt-like material and seem like they won't stay in position well and will have to be adjusted constantly.I am wary about carrying it, too, because there are not metal "feet" on the bottom to prevent it from getting dirty AND it can't be washed or dry cleaned.I kinda hate that I spent this much money on this bag and am so impressed with its beauty but so disappointed in its functionality. I will probably carry it for a while and then sell it. I had been considering the JuJuBe BFF bag and wish I would have gone with that instead.
