**Update 10-30-19. Trip to Italy was a huge success with the bag. Didn't want to check it, was able to fit it in the overhead even on the small connecting planes. Was able to fit 10 shirts, 1 Jean, 1 Slack, 1 Workout pant, 3 shorts, 8 briefs, 4 socks, running shoes, sandals, toiletry bag. Also was able to put in my laptop and charger.Only con was there's no perfect laptop place, so i stored mine in between my clothes and had no issue with it being secure. It's also nice that the bag holds its form while packing unlike some duffles that topple over.10-10-19Bought this product for my trip to Italy. I didn't want to go through the hassle of checking a bag but also wanted to look fashionable. This doesn't disappoint. Looks just like it shows online and you can tell the quality of leather and durability is there. Reinforced handles i have no doubt it'll last a very long time. Looks like the leather will wear nicely also.The price spread on these bags is huge so i was wondering if it'd be worth the money. After reading all the reviews on other products, seems like many of them tear and wear down so i didn't want to skimp out and i'm glad i didn't.Only thing i'd suggest for an improvement is on the zipper there aren't any loops to put on a TSA approved lock if you wanted to zip and lock it. That'd be a nice feature to have.. even though 9/10 times it'll be a carry on - always nice to feel secure.

I had to use this bag over time in different situations to give it an honest review and rating. Overall, the bag exceeded expectations and is recommended.In the photo, the bag contained:- Four days of underwear changes. This includes tank tops and socks.- Three t-shirts.- Two short sleeve shirts.- Two long sleeve shirts.- One long pants.- One shorts.- One pair all purpose sneakers.- Toiletry items in a zipped lock bag.All pieces of clothing rolled up as compact as possible. The bag fits airlines' carry-on dimensions so for the four-days trip, I did not have to check any baggage. Outside the bag but secured on top is a 13-in laptop. On one flight, it was a smaller CRJ200 aircraft which has slightly smaller overhead storage compartment and all I did was stored the laptop below seat and the bag fit the storage compartment just fine. On the next flight it was a larger 737 and I had no problems with storage. Without checking luggage, this bag made the four-days trip much more bearable dealing with airports and flying. The slit opening may not be as convenient as a flap opening, but hardly an annoyance. The all metal hardware was reassuring for keeping everything together. I could have also used a backpack to store one day's worth of clothes and to carry the laptop, and I could have store the backpack under the seat, making possible a week long trip with no checked luggage as I could do laundry away from home.Overall, if you need a good looking but tough bag for travel and do it quickly thru airports, this bag will fit your needs.

Our son was a college baseball player. Always packing his clothes in a school-issued duffel bag. Even when he came home on the holidays. We bought this bag as a graduation gift, as we knew the well-worn baseball bag would not cut it in real life. This bag had the right price point for us. But having not put our hands on it before ordering, we were a bit unsure of its quality. We were pleasantly surprised when he opened the gift. This is a VERY nice leather bag. It came in a nicely crafted cotton dust cover. And although the leather bag was compressed very tightly for shipping, it unfolded to reveal a beautiful, yet masculine leather duffle that will be perfect for his weekend getaways and travels home (hopefully more often now that he is done with school). The quality of this bag is top end. But the best part is what he told us after his first use. "Everything I take out of my bag smells like new leather. I love it!"

Straight out of the packaging (it comes in a protective shipping sleeve in addition to plastic shrinkwrap) it's easy to see the quality and durable construction that went into this overnight bag. The brass construction zippers and teeth are very beefy and designed for repeated use/long life, easily outdoing the typical flimsy plastic teeth found on most other luggage. This bag is constructed of a thick (~2mm) cowhide leather throughout, which ensures the bag will be more than able to tackle the bumps and bruises that come with everyday use/travel. Additionally, the main compartment possesses a dark brown cloth liner which complements the bag nicely. Stitching is well done with thick, durable thread and demonstrates their attention to detail; with a typical bag I'd find loose threads at the end of seams/stitches but this bag had none. Also, the bottom of the bag possesses 5 brass-colored metal pads designed to minimize the wear and tear placed on the bag's leather. Overall an exceptional bag which I expect to enjoy many years of use from. You can buy this product with confidence that you're getting your money's worth.
