I am so blown away by Cysterhood tea. I was skeptical but love Brigitte so I put it on my wishlist and was so excited when it was sent to me! It has a minty and herbal taste but it’s not overwhelming and tastes delicious as hot tea or iced tea. I immediately noticed reduction in my bloat and when I’ve gone a few days without my tea, it’s noticeable. It definitely helps regulate periods because even on the pill skipping the placebo week I still spot which tells me my body is getting back a little more control which is phenomenal because of all the endocrine disruptor’s that I have to take because of another condition. I highly recommend this tea and I don’t ever see myself living a day without it again.

I love this tea! Prior to being formally diagnosed with PCOS, I started drinking this tea as I was trying to get my cycles back to normal lengths. I tried a few different teas before this one, but hated the fake sweeteners and didn’t notice much of a difference. I tried this tea and loved the taste! It is naturally a bit sweet and I could drink it all day to be honest. As for my cycles, I recently experienced a chemical pregnancy and knew my levels were decreasing, but wasn’t getting my period. I drank this tea religiously for a few days (2-3 cups per day) and just got my period! I’m sad to have had a chemical but really relieved that my period didn’t take the usual 50+ days to return. To be fair I have been taking some other supplements as well, so I think it is a team effort. Overall I would highly recommend this tea to women with PCOS (or just irregular periods) who are trying to get back on a regular schedule!

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant thanks to this amazing tea! I previously used clomid to get pregnant and sadly miscarried. This tea helped to rebalance my hormones and helped so much post miscarriage! We conceived the first cycle post miscarriage on our own- these herbs are truly so powerful & tasty 😋!! Truly so thankful for this amazing product that no doubt played a big role in us conceiving on our own! The media could not be loaded.  Not only is this tea delicious, but it’s the only thing I’ve tried that’s helped my hair regrow. PCOS meant a lot of hair loss after my kids were born, but for the first time in more than 3 years these ‘baby hairs’ have gotten strong enough to grow more than half an inch. Absolutely amazing- I can’t recommend this tea enough!

First off I would like to say I love Bridgette and everything she does for the PCOS community and i’ve been an avid (2 cups daily) user of the cysterhood tea. But recently, i’ve had a few issues that I have not experienced before. It may be because she changed the formula or production (different taste, different smell, still very drinkable though) when coming out with the new bags, but I feel like it has not been as effective as helping me with my pcos symptoms. Not only that but I have been finding little wispies (mostly white hairs/strings, most recently it seems a piece of black damaged split end hair). The black damaged piece of hair is what really made me uncomfortable and pushed me to write this review. Hopefully quality will not continue suffer due to her expanding or mass production, especially when paying $25 for a bag of tea that may not last a whole month

I love this tea! Subtle, but delicious minty/herbal flavor. Having PCOS, I’ve been following Brigitte on Instagram for a while. I trust all of her recommendations & am so happy she decided to formulate this tea :) such an easy, perfect addition to my hormone wellness routine. It keeps well in the bag, but I usually transfer it to a airtight tin. Lasts & is worth the money..you can’t find this blend anywhere else. Thank you!!! <3

I first have to say I absolutely love Bridgette and all of the information she has shared about her journey with PCOS. Unfortunately for me I had to stop taking the tea as it caused a severe allergic reaction. Honestly I don’t know what happened because I’m not allergic to any of the listed ingredients but I know from process of elimination this is the only new thing I tried at the time. Just be careful because everything doesn’t work for everybody. Hope it works for you.

I’ve heard so many successful stories of women drinking this tea and getting their period back and even getting pregnant. I knew I had to try it. I have PCOS, and get my period very rarely. It’s been a while since I’ve had it, and just 4 days after drinking this tea I got it!!!! I couldn’t believe how fast it worked! A huge plus is the tea also tastes amazing!! It’s definitely something I look forward to drinking everyday. I would definitely recommend this tea.
