UPDATE - we made a second purchase 1 year later:We needed more napkins, bought more of these. The material is totally different, darker so it doesn't match, and about half the thickness. The napkins comes out of the wash extremely wrinkled on the hems, with threads coming out totally after just the first wash. I tossed them in before using them the first time without a close inspection, so I can't return them, unfortunately. Bummer.Original Review & Update:Update: stains wash out, no ironing required if you fold them while they're warm from the dryer. We just fold and press them flat by hand, since they're natural fibers. and they're beautiful. just wish they were made in USA.---They perform well so far and didn't wrinkle in the first wash before use. Haven't washed after our first uses yet to see how stain removal goes.

This material is VERY thin. If you look closely at the photos you can almost see through the napkins. Two of the napkins are damaged with puckering edges (probably needle damage because the fabric is so thin.) The photos are after I tried ironing out the puckers. The price was right, but if I were to do this over again I would spend a little more and get higher quality napkins. I would not recommend these to a friend. I don't like to leave negative reviews. I have tried twice to get in touch with the seller to try and resolve the issue of the two damaged napkins, but have not had a response yet. If I get a satisfactory response I will update this review.4-12-2021 update: No response from the seller. Therefore, I changed my rating to one star. Disappointing to say the least.

A very cheesy napkin....actually, they are just a little thicker than cheesecloth. I returned mine unused.

My husband and I ordered these for our wedding, they looked and felt great. Overall quality was durable and the design along the edges were super cute, perfect for rustic weddings.We ordered a 50 bulk of these in the natural, it was like an egg or sandy type of natural color which was exactly what we were looking for. When we received them each were folded individually and came in just in time, total life saver thank you!

They are soft and great casual, or a little spray sizing and quick iron for company. Finding that even with spray and wash some stains are difficult to remove. They are lovely they look great on the table.

I love linen but don’t like ironing- after washing and drying, these wrinkle - but that’s linen. Haven’t actually used them for dining - bought them as an adjunct to craft projects.I do appreciate the detail in the napkins. Size good. Because they’re light beige, I’m sure depending on food type staining is possible.Otherwise I’m happy with my purchase

These are amazing for the price! Great material/fabric. Not that new polyester fabric that doesn’t absorb any liquids, then they are easy to clean with a little bit of bleach and shout on the wine or coffee stains if you don’t wait longer than 24 hours. Don’t usually write reviews but these seriously are worth the money and I am going to buy a second pack. God bless

These cloth napkins are soft and the natural color was exactly was I was hoping for. Used them for an outdoor setting and I was able to fold them nicely to put on the plate with flatware tucked in. I stain treat them after use, as we had BBQ sauce that got on them and also used oxyclean, they came out great. I did have to iron them after wash/dry, but I expected that.
