This really does work! I was skeptical about it but decided to finally try it. We took a 9 hour road trip and the morning we left to come home, I kept yawning. I remembered that I purchased these and I sniffed it. I don’t stick it directly into my nose, for keeping it clean and in case anyone else wants to try it. I immediately stopped yawning and was more alert for the next four hours. I have also used this for daily use at home for shorter driving time. I’m not a coffee drinker so this really helps! It does not keep you awake all day. It is a short term 2-4 hour lasting. I think because the smell awakens the brain. (Kind of like having to slam on brakes; it awakens your brain and your alert for the next few hours but if traveling a long distance then the tiredness can set back in) I do highly recommend it for taking the edge off the mornings and trying to wake up, or mid day boost without caffeine or energy drinks.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I saw this product online and decided to try a three pack of winter mint. I gave one to my adult daughter and one to my cute boyfriend 🙂 so we've all been trying it together. The first experience is a slight burning in your nasal passages, but the clearing that provides, even if you don't feel congested, is really lovely. This is followed by a gentle surge of clearing energy for your brain. All three of us are guilty of using energy drinks to get through our busy days, this is a nice herbal alternative to that which you can use throughout the day when needed to literally clear your mind and give you an energy boost. Update: It seems someone at this company does read reviews as they kindly reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund. A replacement is what I wanted in the first place - simple, and they made this tiny little problem right. I expect I will order again in the future.I actually like boomboom sticks. I ordered a package of three (I've ordered before) and two of the sticks are fine but one is dried up. This issue isn't going to break the bank but I wanted to reach out to the boomboom company and apparently they have no customer service, return, or replacement options. The product is great but why no customer service or return policy? If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for three items and should receive three items.

Four days in and I really like these sticks already! A very slight burning sensation, which is a signal to me that they are working. They are extremely easy to use, and I keep one in my pocket during the workday, using it 4-5 times a day. I get immediate relief for a noticeable 20-30 minutes and continued noticeable relief for another hour or so before I feel the need to use it again. Sometimes, I go as much as 2-3 hours. It is very effective in that regard. I have only tried the mint, which smells great, and I look forward to trying the other scents. I'm looking forward to the end of the allergy season and these clogged nasal passages, but I'm glad I have found what seems to be a very promising product to help!

Hold it in for a few seconds and breath in as deep as you can until you feel this enter your lungs because I promise you, you will feel this all the way in your lungs.Keep the cap on tight to get long use out of yours. We love them and a 3 pack is great. One for you and then you can share the rest. Our 7 year old is in fact obsessed with his.

The scents are definitely pleasant — especially the mint and lavender — and you do get a brief refreshing feeling after using them.But that boost is pretty short-lived, and for the price, I feel like I mostly paid for branding and packaging. They look cool and smell good, but don’t expect any long-term effect or serious relief.If you’re just curious and want something to toss in a bag for a quick pick-me-up, they’re fine. But I wouldn’t buy again unless the price came down.
