Swatch Verdone Quartz Movement Silver Dial Men's Watch SUSG405

I ordered this as a gift for my brother, just a fun casual watch as it is quite lightweight although looks sturdy. The colour is a dark grey with a slightly greeny cast. The strap has a rubbery texture. It had the right time on the face and was working, except the thin red hand has not moved. So I don't know if it is supposed to, or whether it is just decorative. The lowest of the three dials on the watch face appears to be a small second hand. The date in the date box is wrong, so I am going to have to find out about those two things. No instructions included from Swatch.Don't know how old the battery is. Also the case arrived cracked. The Official Dealer stamp was not there, so I am not even clear whether it is under 24 month warranty!Although ordering this from Amazon was less expensive than Swatch, I am wondering if it is worth it with all the above issues?

Considerably lighter than my usual swatch irony chronos, this Swatch unisex adult chronograph quartz watch with silicone strap susg405 is a great looking watch at a very good price. It appears to have a similar mechanism to the irony chronos; both buttons and the winder do the same jobs as on the other swatch chronos. All in all I am extremely pleased with this new purchase
