These people are amazing! Ordered on 9/1/24 and received a proof a couple days later to which I made some slight changes. A couple days later I received the changed proof which was great and received the finished product today, 9/12/24. Great customer service and fast delivery of a beautiful product! Couldn’t ask for more.

I don't usually write a lot of reviews, but because of the reviews of others on this site, I felt confident in my purchase, and I want to give you peace of mind as well. My dad passed away back in August of 2019 and my mom has not been able to afford a large stone for his grave right now, so we chose this option to mark the grave until a larger stone could be ordered. ( However the quality of this was so good, it will remain on the gravesite as well) From the time I ordered until it arrived at my door was approximately a week. Nika was fantastic to work with and I am sure the fact that all I had was a wallet sized photo to work from wasn't the easiest. I asked for one last thing to be added to the stone and they did it graciously and sent out a revised proof within 15 minutes. If you want a fine quality stone at a reasonable price....you have found the place. Thank you Nika and all the other folks that made this happen for us....you really nailed it. (12x10 stone)

The picture posted is 4 years after it has been sitting in the graveyard. Quality is still unmatched. Highly satisfied!

I absolutely loved the finished engraved stone that I got from Diamond Engraving. The artist were very easy to work with and were always polite and very nice. They sent a proof from the picture you send in and my pictures just were not to good of a quality. I ended up needing to request changes 3 or 4 times because of the low quality pictures I had to use. I think they ended up combining features from 3 pictures to get it exactly how I wanted it, but I've got to give them extreme praises because the finished engraving captured what was in my mind precisely. The cost was very reasonable for the quality of stone and engraving that I received. I can't thank Diamond Engraving enough for the exceptional quality and service.L. James

I ordered the 12x10. I needed it a lot sooner than the posted arrival date. I called the company and Andre was very accommodating and very professional. I sent the company the photo and the words we wanted and they texted back a proof for approval. The added the birds and the flowers which made it so much better. When I received the product it was so well packaged. It was heavy which to me reflected its quality. The image and words were even more beautiful than expected. My entire family was very impressed with the how great it looked and the quality. Definitely order this!

This seller was great with communicating with me. I asked for certain designs and they definitely delivered. I couldn't be happier. My dad is going to love it. This is a gift to him since his brother never got a tombstone at his grave site. It arrived way faster than the date given and the ordering process was smooth and easy.
