BULB # 6418 IS THE BULB SIZE FOR MY LICENSE PLATE 2007 AUDI A4, THE BULB WORKED AND LOOKED GREAT BUT ON MY DASH IT WAS SAY LICENSE PLATE BULB. THIS MESSAGE IS ANNOYING SINCE IT BEEPS EVERY 2 MINUTES. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND I CAN USE LED BULBS BUT THE HAVE TO BE ERROE FREE WHICH IT DOENT STATE THAT ON THIS LISTING. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE IT A 4 STAR RATING AND NO STARS ON LONGEVITY. SINCE THEY ARE BEING RETURNED

installed the sun above a coworker's head
have a coworker who managed to burn out THREE of the stock incandescent version of these bulbs in our work van, and since our maintenance would never consider dome lights a problem worth fixing, I decided to pay the eight dollars to fix it myself.these are so bright that he had to rip one of them out (the one that turns on when a door opens, because another coworker was torturing him by constantly opening and closing a door), and he also doesn't use the lights nearly as frequently as he did before. possibly the best eight dollars I've spent this year.they also don't quite perfectly fit, despite being the correct size and length. for some reason, to get a connection and have the lights turn on, one side needs to be fully seated while the other has to be just barely within the connectors. so far this hasn't caused an issue of disconnection when hitting a pothole, so I don't really see a reason to take a star off for it. it still works perfectly.

Out of six only four worked.
I purchased these to replace the bulbs in my vanity mirrors in my automobile. Out of the six supplied, only four worked and thankfully I only needed four.
