Bought five of these to use in the dining room. Packaging was poor which left the shades all marked and scratched because they were packed inside each other with nothing seperating them. I contacted the seller and got a very poor response. On fitting these shades The plastic screw threads that are supposed to hold the lamp holder inside the shade just spin and cross thread way to easily and will not secure the holder to the shade to enable a bulb to be screwed in or out. One bulb I put in had blown so had to remove it but because the buld holder will not hold secure in the shade it spun and spun whilst trying to unscrew it and mangled the wiring inside it until it tripped the wiring circuit. Very very annoyed about all this. They are NOT fit for purpose if indeed even safe. Please avoid. I am now awaiting a refund.
