Nice and easy to install (watch the videos on YouTube) but, the switches for the rear windows, stick a little bit and hangs up the switch. It’s a little too tight. You can remedy this by filing or sanding the opening to fit. I suggest that you try a trial fitment before final installation into the bezel plate (it could just be my original bezel but the original bezel didn’t stick). The painting of the emblems aren’t as nice as the originals and I have doubts that the paint will last as long as the original. Overall, I am pleased with the quality and ease of installation. I rated 1 star less due to the fitment problem and paint.

I got this because one of the window buttons broke off of my OEM switch and I figured I'd just go ahead and replace the whole thing rather than just replacing the one plastic piece, just in case other parts were getting weak. The replacement part fit perfectly and is overall a good replacement. All the window switches work perfectly, but there's an issue with the lock/unlock switch where the unlock side works fine, but you have to press down REALLY hard to get the door lock button to trigger. Not really that big a deal since I mostly use the key to lock and unlock the car, but I did want to point out that flaw since it may be important to other people. Would've given five stars if it had operated just as well as the one I replaced, but this is firmly four stars since it is overall good quality and at a very good price. I've kept my OEM part and may swap parts around between the two to make a 100% functional unit.

This works in my 2001 Jetta, and its better than the one I took out as that one would not roll down most of the windows anymore. Unfortunately this is not without issues itself, as the drivers window is a little temperamental with this switch. Sometimes pushing the window to go down if its already down part way will cause the window to roll up instead. I probably would not have noticed as much, but I have window vents and always crack my windows. When I get in my car and attempt to roll down the windows, the drivers window will usually close instead of open.

I got this for my 02 VR6 Jetta. It works flawlessly! Lights up with my red lights as it should and feels very sturdy. It fit perfectly without any need to trim anything. I needed a replacement because my driver's side window switch broke, and this cheap replacement fixed it just as I hoped it would! Highly Recommend!

Fit my 2002 Passat.I bought this to replace my broken window lock button. After putting this switch in none of the windows work. I had to swap my OEM one back in. Planning to take it apart and see if I can replace just the buttons I need.

I had issues after installing this great company got back and there help .was most valuable turned out to be another issue unrelated .and parts interchangeablity is a great asset.ty
