This mug is excellent! It is simple, elegant, a great color, has a great mouth-feel when you sip from it and is easy to clean. Also, no chips yet!

Product is good quality and as described. Fast shipping! I like the fact that you can put it in the microwave to heat up the water so I can use at work where I don’t have a tea pot and can’t boil water.

Great mug. Beautiful and good quality. I like that it is larger too. My only knock is the lid doesn't sit securely in place like other mugs of this style I have from other companies. It slides and never locks in place.

Purchased 2 for gifts and 1 for myself. All three of us enjoyed using our mugs. I was surprised mine cracked around the bottom up the side , the water was not boiling, the cup was not cold, was just a top off. One of the giftees later asked where I got the mug, as their's had also cracked around the bottom. Giftee 3 asked if there was a matching pot - we've both decided to wait & see if cup 3 makes it :) .

Just received this tea mug and anticipate that it will be used often and enjoyed much. Great product for the avid tea drinker. I will review further after a couple of weeks of use.

I love this product for when I make Krio! It works perfectly. The color is also beautiful. Very easy to clean.

I got 2 of these. One cracked after using for 3 days after poring hot water into it. The handle broke off the 2nd one after 3 weeks. Neither were dropped, abused or anything. I actually really liked them while they worked but they just broke so fast which is unfortunate.

Everything was ok when I received that on Monday. But 4days later when I tried to pour hot water in, it just cracked. Bad quality!!
