Sugar stopper spray.
Stuff works, as far as to kill your taste buds from tasting sugar.. You have to give it a couple days. But it don't stop the cravings. You got to try not to go for the sweet snacks. I do think it helps with digestion.

Definitely blocks the taste of sugar
Blocks the taste of sugar making the food less interesting. Just have to commit to using it instead of putting a brownie in your mouth first.

What Was I Thinking?
This takes far far more control than I have. I will eat the sugar way before spritzing with this spray. It was wishful thinking on my part!I gave it one star for the reason mentioned above. I researched the product before purchase, cost was better than competitors, taste is good, and in general product is quit competitive. For me I was just lacking the will power🙁
