I’m still yet to use this keg machine. Due to lockdown, it’s hard to find the kegs. Some are out of stock. But the main thing is, I love it. Heineken was one of the kegs I was hoping to use. I’m looking forward to using it once the kegs are back in stock at the prospective beer websites.

The text on the instruction manual was too small, it was not user friendly and it specifically did not describe how to install a 5 Litre beer barrel into the dispenser correctly i.e. how to remove the Co2 injector and associated equipment from the top of the beer dispenser to allow the fitting of the 5 Litre beer barrel. I have 'E' mailed the supplier to explain how to remove the Co2 injector and associated equipment from the top of the barrel on Sunday 3rd May with no response as yet.I would suggest that the manual should explain the above so that it is more user friendly so that includes the points I have described above.I still Have not received a response from your supplier from the supplier from my E mail of Sunday 3rd May and I must say I am totally unhappy with the situation!!!!!Alan Evans

Bought this in AprilCouple of months later it developed a faultsent it back to Germanyit was returned with the same faultnow for the scary part.They assured me that their tech team was adamant that it was operational and i was mistaken and i havent set it up properlyGarbageeventually they asked me to return it againwhich i did with exact instructions on were the fault wasafter another 3 weeks it was returned againyou got it right still not working same faultthis crew hadn't even looked at itthey certainly never placed a keg in the machine as the beer would have leaked everywherebasically they were taking the Pyssso took it to a friend of mine who is an electrical engineerhe confirmed what i suspected he also identified the faultpart of the connection was missingprobably broke when i changed Kegshe has repaired itthe whole my Tech Team is a charadedo not buybetter machines out their with a proper customer serviceyou have been warned

Great design, very easy to set up and cools the beer to perfection!! I’m buying another as soon as they are back in stock.

Used a keg of Ghost ship bought from Sainsbury’s. It pours a great pint.

The one we received was faulty and would not even switch on. I’m still trying to get a reply from the seller to arrange to have it collected and returned for a refund. Sadly I would not recommend the product at all and the whole experience has been extremely poor.

Had to send it back couldn't use it the lid wouldn't close. Was only offered a discount or a refund

Wow, took a little getting use to but once correctly setup and chilled, just like a pint down the pub. Highly recommend. The heineken 5ltr kegs are definitely the best and easiest to use. Perfect pint every time. I put ice water in the bottom and a keg in the fridge to reduce cooling time. For the price this is an amazing unit. Cheers
