Cast iron Toptier tea pot
Beautiful heavy duty green cast iron teapot. The design and color are wonderful. The large size, not too big or too small, is perfect for 3-4 cups of tea. Did heat water on medium burner, not high heat as instructed. Water will be hot. One tea bag of green tea was enough for one pot. Of course, if you like stronger robust tea you will need to adjust to your preference. I have not used the infuser yet for loose tea. Easy to clean with only warm water rinsing and towel drying. No dishwasher needed. When my adult daughter saw it, she said this is an heirloom teapot! So I am happy to know that my daughter and granddaughters will one day enjoy their teas in my beautiful teapot. High quality item from Toptier. You won't be disappointed.

I love this teapot so much!
I just recently started drinking tea, and I got tired of trying to boil water in the microwave or on top of the stove so I found this cute little teapot that comes in different colors… It’s made of iron so it’s very heavy, but it’s very sturdy, it comes with a strainer that you can take out if you like… It’s the perfect size and it looks so cute in my kitchen. It really is not just functional but it’s something that adds to the beauty of your home. I would definitely recommend this teapot.

Cute small tea pot
J love this product, it’s used in my home everyday. It’s perfect size for the one cup of tea that’s made every morning. After using for a few weeks, I can say I’m disappointed that the paint looks to be chipping off the lid. At first it was just the bottom of the tea pot which I was okay with because it’s in contact with the hot stove, but the lid getting paint chips surprised me. Also, you’ll want to wash and dry this immediately because rust will end up where the lid, strainer and tea pot meet. Overall I enjoy this product and will use it until I can’t no more.

Cutest little teapot
I love this teapot because it’s both cute and works very well. It definitely feels quality and like it’s solid cast iron because it has some weight to it. The outside design is very detailed and looks awesome against the main color (I got dark green) and I love the gold color handle. So far I’ve brewed a few batches of tea by placing tea leaves in the fine mesh strainer (stainless steel) and pouring boiling water over top. I haven’t used it on my stop top because it’s gas and I’ve read in other reviews it might be best to use on electric. I think it might be fine to use on gas as long as it’s not a huge flame directly touching the bottom or sides. If you’re not a tea person, this is 100% the perfect gift for someone who is.

Near Daily Use for Years, Lovely Kettle
I bought this probably 2 years now and it quickly became my trusty teapot for every cup of tea brewed. The outer cast iron is beautiful, and the interior is easy to clean. I can fill with enough water for just a cup, or fill it to capacity for several cups worth when I'm sharing tea with others. Sometimes I throw a teabag into the pot, or put looseleaf tea into the removable cage. Other times I use it just for boiling the water. It functions great as a stovetop kettle, the cast iron stands up to the heat. If you leave it boiling for too long, grab the handle with a cloth, as it will eventually heat too hot to touch, though I usually get to it before it gets too hot to grab. As long as you set it on a trivet or hot pad, it transitions seamlessly to a beautiful serving pot.I am very used to cooking with and cleaning cast iron, so rust has not been an issue for me. I usually don't even bother wiping the exterior dry. The only discoloration I ever see is along the rim under the lid, and I can wipe it off with a finger. I almost always rinse it clean with cool water only, swirling it around the interior and pouring it out the spout, occasionally wiping the interior with a soapless sponge and brush for the spout, then left upside down to air dry. This teapot gets CONSTANT use in my kitchen, and it holds up like a champ. Absolutely love it. Would buy again!

Gets hot and no whistle
I looked at so many of these before I made my decision, I failed to note a couple of things. While this is the cutest little teapot ever, and it is little, the handle and the lid get super hot. There is no whistle to alert you when your water is boiling. You have to look for the steam. USE A HOTPAD TO PICK IT UP!! With all the things I don’t like, it is still so cute I am going to keep it.
