Overall A Great Addtion to My Embroidery/Sewing Tool Arsenal
I have used the stand for a while now and feel I can recommend it to needle crafters. I feel it is a good addition to our arsenal of tools.Pros: Sturdy, will hold all the embroidery hoops I own.Even though the feet appear long, it does not take up an excessive amount of floor space when not in use.Frees up both hands for sewing which is great for arthritic handsCons:Putting it together was a little problematic. The instructions were not very clear. Had it not been for the great illustrations, it would have been a lot of trial and error. I am a little concerned about the posilock cogs. I am not sure how long the teeth will last. Providing a couple extra with the initial purchase would be great. Even though the slant can be adjusted, an adjustable height would be handy

Great and sturdy
I got this stand two days ago, and am very pleased with it. For use I would give it 5 stars, but the instructions really are a challenge. It should have taken maybe 15 minutes to put together, but I spent over an hour trying to understand the directions.I needed just a basic stand that would hold my project for me. The clamp holds my Qsnap nicely. I am looking forward to using this for a long time.

Great price for a good stand!
Since I could not find any reviews here, I looked elsewhere and it is well liked. Two complaints I found - it is difficult to put together with the bad instructions (yup) and the plastic pieces might wear out after several years. I think if you are careful with your adjustments it will last a long time. It is well made. It is sturdy, but light weight, so easy to shift around to get it in a good position to use. I am going to buy another one for my vacation home.

You’ll love it!
Assembly instruction unclear. Ultimately a great tool!

The Wife is very pleased with it
The Wife is very pleased with it, perfect for her to do her cross-stitching without getting "nintendo thumb" (where the thumb joint muscle aches and throbs after gripping something for too long). Would have been 5 stars, but the building instructions were AWFUL. I am an ex Aerospace Engineer and now run a garage. I am currently rebuilding a V6 Sri engine as a pet project, and a 1/2 scale functional R2D2 model robot, and THAT'S easier and more intuitive than the instructions in this box! Fix the instructions and it's a 5 star product!

Very well designed. Simple but effective.
I had been looking for a floor stand for a while, and did a lot of searching before settling on this one. It was becoming a bit of a struggle to hold a 24 inch frame in my hand, and my projects keep getting bigger. I found the instructions easy to follow, and I had the whole stand set up in less than an hour. The design is simple, but effective. Having looked at other floor stands I found that I just didn't need a ton of fancy gadgets and attachments.I am currently using my 24inch frame with this stand and have found that it can take the weight well once the bolts are properly tightened. It is lovely to be able to have the flexibility to see what I am stitching without the back pain, and I would recommend this stand to others who are looking to work on large projects. I am very happy with my choice, and having had a few Elbesee frames I know that it will stand the test of time and heavy use.Needless to say I am also thrilled that I am not having to balance huge frames on my lap anymore.

Fantastic stand once it is put together
I have been using this stand for tapestry canvas work and it is excellent to use. I was able to loosen a screw so that l could turn the canvas up for access to the back. I did spend quite a while trying to follow the directions for assembly. As a tip for others l eventually found it easier to put the two crossed feet together first, making sure the two longer feet are at the front, then add the plastic keep with the tab between the two front feet and then add the leg. I was also very glad l ordered the Twizzler as well for much easier tightening of the wingnuts. Overall l am really pleased with this. Recommended

Very Good Item but you need a twizzler
First of all if you are going to purchase this item buy a twizzler as well. The wingnuts on this product are not the best and are quite sharp. Overall the stand is good tricky to position and making it stay in position if using a large loom. I have added an extra piece of wood to the frame to take a clip on magnifying glass.

Need to improve instructions!
The wood looks good quality but there are A LOT of small parts and plastic components, and VERY VERY POOR instructions. I managed to figure out from the poor pictures as the written instructions are very confusing and poorly laid out.It could also do with more information on how to adjust to get the various heights and angles, as it’s currently trial and error to get things to work.
