I love these... Worth the money, great sound and easy to connect to my devises

the box looks poor but ear buds look nice and sound is nice, but using them shows all the other draw backs.1-Getting them into my ears hurts, however i change the size...2- The touch is extremely annoying, i can never get them in my ears without touching the buds touching area, so i end up ending calls or switching off/on ear buds while putting in my ears... extremely annoying as the ear buds never join in automatically!3- Lastly and worst, is the performance, while in a call, the call receiver doesn't hear me or cannot make out what I am saying during a call. deal breaker!I am looking for a refund asap, I'm overseas not sure I will be able to ship it back though.

After a 2nd pair of Beats X stopped working and were too costly to replace I tried these based on the reviews given and the affordable price point.Sound quality is average, the lack of bass is a shame but for the price they are better than expected.These are fine for playing music but watching videos will have a small lag which causes a delay from the picture to the sound, can be frustrating seeing people talking out of sync.The most frustrating thing is the sensitivity of the touch sensor. What starts off appearing to be a useful feature soon becomes the opposite. The slight touch will cause you to pause or skip song this works fine unless you need to adjust the positioning. I often find myself impairing one earphone then struggling to pair them again without taking them out of my ears which happens more often that you think.My biggest disappointment is that I chose these over others for their waterproof features stating they are perfectly fine to use in the bath or swimming.The earphones are waterproof for sure but as soo. As they are submerged in water they turn off. My best guess is that the sensitive touch sensors must think the water pressure is holding the sensor down. They refuse to turn on from touch underwater.This was a let down for taking a relaxing mostly submerged bath and I'd imagine almost impossible to use for swimming.Shame as the overall sound quality, build and battery life are good for the price.

Good product. Easy to use and connect. Impressive battery life when in use and retains its charge very well. Sound quality good. Ear pieces are easy to dislodge from the charge slots. If you need bigger ear pieces like I do then you can’t fit them in the charge points which is annoying, I just balance them in the charge pack and it closes fine and is secure. Would buy again but there are better ones out there

I like the size and feel but the volume is a lot quieter than I’m used to could be louder

I was very exited to read all the good reviews. So I made my mind and I order the headphones. Just to find out that the sound was very pitchy, sound like a small radio. Also need to have max volume to hear the music. I did tweek mi iPhone at max but did not work. just to confirm I had asked people at work to pair them and try them and always the same result poor sound and low volume. No In returned. May be i had the one in a million. but if not not worth them. now keep looking for good quality sound. For the other hand the headphones look slick and nice. the case is a bit cheap but o the work.

It has been a while since I bought this product, but around 2 weeks ago I have sadly noticed that the ear buds are not connecting to any Bluetooth device anymore and therefore cannot be used.Ear buds are fairly good compared to the price, sound quite normal, no noise cancelling and not the best touch sensitivity.Managed to have long conversations during cycling session on a windy and rainy day, even though it wasn't the most pleasant experience, we did manage to understand each other.
