If you're into smoking and you're into injecting things into your meat this is a great gadget I love it cuz I use a lot of wine and I can put the probe into the wine bottle and it picks it up and I can shoot it into my chicken or whatever I'm shooting it into. Using a regular syringe can be cumbersome because you have to pour the product into a cup and then whatever you don't use you can't pour back into the bottle because it's contaminated so this product works the best in my opinion I love the case too cuz I had another one that had no case and it was always fun trying to keep everything together in it.

Immediately broke when I tried to use it. I just had a brine without seasoning in it so it wouldn’t get clogged too. Do not buy

Injected a whole hog with it. Worked very well. Only problem I had was user error had a clog from seasoning in the injection. After I figured that out it rocked

As stated it works well but will clog easily if your marinade has spices in it. There's a little spring loaded piston/gasket behind the needle that has to fully close for the refill suction to be applied on the hose instead of the needle, spices (even fine ground ones) can cause the gasket to not fully seat and result in the siphon not working. If you plan on using it with spices best bet might be to treat your injection like a brine and heat it on the stove so the flavors are impartrd into the liquid prior to refrigerating it and running it through a coffee filter or something.

1st time using it I injected 84 pork butts. The process went extremely quick with no problems. It worked well then and during individual/home use too. Cleanup was easy and quick. I would suggest this to anyone looking for an injector for whatever size your cook is.

No happy with it. Went to inject a 80lb pig and it would not work. Luckily we had a back up.

First time using it out of the case, had my pork butt trimmed, injection ( which had no large bits of seasoning) made and ready to inject, insert the tube into my mix and no suction, would not pull any liquid into the tube. Played with it for a half hour, took apart, checked all the o rings, made sure all connections were tight, even tried running plain water through it, nothing, I was really looking forward to using it! Super disappointed and threw it in the trash, was not worth the time to clean it and send it back! I give this product 0 stars

Used this to inject liquid creole buttwe into a pork loin. it worked really well.
