I have ordered multiple pillows from Utopia over the years in various sizes, and they do not disappoint. The directions to fluff are simple: shake them for 5 minutes or put them in the dryer (I do both!) and let them sit for 24-48 hours. These 12x20 pillows are great. They're the perfect size for a small chair, or in front of a bigger pillow, and and give just the right amount of support where I need it on my back. I put them in 12x20 pillow cases and they are the perfect size and look great. I am very happy with my purchase.

I ordered these 14x22 inserts to create a luxury high end pillow look for a 12x20 pillow cover. Ordering up two inches created a fuller look and also adds to comfort when seated. They hold their shape and have not flattened after frequent guest use at my beach property. I highly recommend these for your next decor project…plus they shipped super quick!

These inserts were exactly what I was looking for—plush, full, and perfectly sized for my small lumbar pillow covers. They fluffed up well and filled out the corners without looking saggy or overstuffed. I ended up returning them only because I didn’t need them after all, but I was impressed by the quality and how well they held their shape. Came vacuum sealed but fluffed up very quickly, nicely packaged and arrived quickly. Just what I needed for grandkids when they want to get cozy on the sofa.

These pillows are great quality and I'm very pleased with them. You really do have to fluff them. The best and quickest way was by beating them together.
