Very good and clean product. Was recommended to take another brand from my doctor. Although it was good, I needed something better for my issue and not all the added calcium in that product which is frowned upon for bone health. Food first for calcium. This magnesium is gently on the tummy. I take one in the morning and one before bed capsules are easier to swollow.

I have been using these myself for over a year and now have my daughter and friend taking them too!

This works for my night leg cramps. The only reason only 4 stars is that it is more pricey than others and you have to take two for less milligrams than other products.

This is Pure Magnesium Glycinate. I've been having trouble sleeping due to severe low back and shoulder pain. I take Two of the 200 mg capsules about an hour before sleep and WOW I get drowsy enough to go to sleep for at least 4-6 hours. Also I notice lower day time aches. I also don't wake up drowsy.
