Restored print quality
Our brother MFC-L8850CDW had seriously declined in print quality recently. Lots of smudging and random color on prints as well as creasing of the paper. Replacing the drum unit cleaned up all the random color and replacing the fuser solved the paper creasing issue. This was a very easy swap and solved a large portion of our print quality issues.

Just what was needed
Drum needed replacement. This drum unit was exactly what I needed. Easy to understand instructions. Quick interchange and back in business quickly!

Not new. Do not buy. Shipped a used/refurbished drum.
Received the drum, noticed toner under plastic tabs. You can tell this unit was used before. Will have to go to a store to ensure I get an unused product. 2nd time this has happened. *sigh*
