Stainless steel has proven itself to many as the best choice time and time again.Why I like stainless steel and these baking pans, in particular:Stainless steel is non-toxic and durable.The pans are sturdy and heat up evenly and quickly.Unlike darker baking pans, I know my baked goods will be perfectly done, simply by following the basic instructions of a recipe. No adjustments or guesswork is necessary. I’ve found that the darker pans do not bake food evenly. For example, a cake may already be very brown on top, but not done in the middle.Stainless retains heat well.Easy to clean, although I always use parchment paper because that makes pans even easier to clean.I love the substantial size of these sheets, and the fact there are 2 of them. Speeds things up if I’m baking a lot. I also love how shiny they look!Pans have a generous life time warranty!I regularly use stainless steel pans and bowls that my grandmother used years ago. You would never know they are as old as they are because they still work great, and have maintained their shine.

These are wonderful, stainless steel with appropriate weight, large size, look great, no warping.

This is my 5th Team Far acquisition and these sheets are HUGE. I'll never need another baking sheet in my life-- i'm 70 years old (haha)! I love roasted vegetables and these'll easily roast tons. In fact, i'm giving one (of the sheets) to my daughter. I use stainless exclusively now and Team Far makes high quality ss products that endure and are easy to clean.

I love these sheets! They are larger than normal but fit just fine in the oven. They're my standard-use baking sheets now!

This was a heavier looking pan that said it wouldn’t warp like most sheet pans do when heated. It’s a significant warp that makes a pretty surprising sound if you’re not expecting it. But overall, it’s a good quality product.

Beautiful pans! I replace all my nonstick pans with SS. They are a decent weight, at a good price point. There are heavier duty ones but they run about 200 per cookie sheet! My old pans popped at certain temps, so I don't care if these do it too. I bout multiple sizes and shapes for our kitchen needs. Happy customer!

Excellent quality, bakes fast

These are thinner and "flexible" so to speak in comparison to the Aluminum pans we replaced but, these are really nice pans. I was worried about warping given some of the other reviews on here but I have roasted an assortment of vegetables in temps from 350-475deg F, with the pans being in the oven as long as an hour at the higher temp, and have not had any issues with warping. So, I'm not sure what others were doing with their pans to experience that. Not sure if this helps anyone but our oven is gas. These pans are also very easy to clean...our old aluminum pans were a b*@ch to clean so these are awesome in comparison!
