I purchased the phone through Reliant Cellular and although the first phone they sent did not work, I contacted them with the issue and they were SO helpful. They first tried to help me with the issues over the phone and when that was not resolved, quickly replaced it for another brand new one. They were great with communication the whole time and very responsive. High marks for the seller!As for the phone, so far so good. Easy to upload apps, so much faster than my other phone, 64 memory is more than what I need. Popped in the microSIM and I was off and running. The battery seems to take a hit but I will say, I haven't shut off apps and whatnot to address the issue just yet. If you are not a tech junkie and looking for a good reliable and fast phone, I would recommend it.

Does not work with AT&T ....T-Mobile phone locked waste of my time

Wonderful seller as this is my 2nd LG 'V-30' phone. I liked the U.I. of this phone so much that I re-purchased the same model (after I had used the first phone for over 6 years).Eric, the seller, was quick, professional and attentive to my questions and I give him 5-Stars!

The battery life

I used to use the same model.but I dropped the old one and the LCD was broken.So I looked for the cheapest way.Replacing LCD takes more than $100. but this whole device is just a little expensive than that.It is very clean! looks almost new. and working good.I satisfied this. Appreciate it.

phone is 9 in a scale from 1 to 10 battery is perfect and works like new just a few scratches in the screen but dont affect nothing

I like the thinness of the phone. It does everything it's supposed to do.
