I never tried jackfruit and decided to try these chips after I saw a big jackfruit for $20 each in my local store. The taste and texture were interesting. Some described it like a candy, but to me it was not as sweet and was more starchy and textured. The chips were rather hard, which I liked, but this could be an issue for some. After the chips, I ventured to try the raw jackfruit. It took me 1.5 hours to cut and prepare it, but the taste of the pods and the amazing milky glue-like ooze added to the "jungle" experience. However, I stopped liking raw jackfruit next time I eat it. I am now interested to make a curried and spice dish out of it. And these chips helped me to have all this culinary experience! Recommended as a novelty food (or if tried and liked jackfruit chips before). Imported jackfruit products are not cheap, but these chips are on a cheaper end of comparable items.

I like to buy random exotic food to try. Sometimes it works out. Other times, not so much. These happened to work out extremely well, my fiancé and I both love them! I had intended to include a pic in this review but the bag was, um, gone too quickly... These are a super delicious snack. In a household of two, we go through about one bag a week (and that’s using some restraint). FYI, some pieces are extra hard and I imagine it would be within the realm of possibility to chip a tooth if not careful. I remain undeterred.

Was my first time trying jackfruit. It tastes good but I wasn’t a big fan of the texture (hence 4 stars). It arrived in good condition though, and you get your money’s worth.

These were expensive and I was concerned that they would provide only one or two snacks’ worth. But even freeze dried, they were substantial (I guess the fiber) and rich so just a small handful make a good snack. Package is resealable, and I double over and clip it afterward too, to keep the humidity out. They taste good and not overly sweet. I love the taste of jackfruit. I will buy again.

There was hardly any in the bag. It's good but pricey.

A coworker of mine brought these into the office after a trip from Asia. After trying them, I just had to order my own! I was so happy to see they’re on amazon. Sooo good! Btw he and I both don’t like fresh jackfruit because it upsets our stomachs but these dried jackfruit chips gave us no issues!

SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!!! Vacuum seal packaging is amazing, really sturdy and the chips are just GLORIOUS!!! Just the right sweetness for my taste and healthy!!

The best vacuum dried jackfruit I've had. A friend who visit Vietnam gave me a pack of this last month, I immediately got addicted to this and searched online for this similar brand and lucky enough, I found it on Amazon! Great price and great taste! If you love jackfruit, this is a great snack!!!I recommended this particular brand to my friends and every single one of them got addicted to this product!Too bad that the price went up significantly (+$3 more per pack) after 3 months.Loyal customers shouldn't be penalized!
