After trying several leave-in conditioners, I've finally found one that really works! This detangles dry hair, doesn't weigh hair down, helps define curls, and my hair has been healthier since I started using it about 4x per week. This works really well for middle-aged, color-treated hair. My hair is also long, about 1/3 of the way down my back, and I need something that won't weigh it down.For ages I used a couple of the lower-cost brands (Aussie, Pantene) but a couple years ago I slammed head-first into perimenopause, and my hair doesn't rebound the way it used to and I need a stronger product -- my hair was a mess and my old standbys didn't work anymore. I tried Dove Quench Absolute Detangler which smelled terrible but worked great, but of course they stopped making it almost as soon as I discovered it.Then I tried several leave-ins with great reviews (It's a 10, Creme of Nature with Argan Oil, Not Your Mother's Curl-Defining Detangler, others I can't remember) and none worked. They all weighed my hair down and kept the natural wave (almost curl) from showing, and did nothing for frizz or tangles.This Matrix Biolage has been a life-saver. I use it on dry hair mostly, as I shower at night -- when I get up I spritz with water and this leave-in spray, gently comb out, then use product (Alterna Caviar CC Cream on the ends, Redken Anti-Snap on the roots, then a quick spritz of spray gel and/or sea salt spray) and let it air dry. Finally, something that works.

I have naturally curly hair that is very porous and dry. I don’t use any heat treatment or chemical treatments on my hair but I live near saltwater so it’s still just really super dry.I’d been using a coconut oil leave in conditioner for a while but it gave me bad hairline acne.My hairdresser used some of this on my hair when I had it cut and sweet mother of god, I’m telling you nothing in my forty years of doing my hair has made it this soft and manageable.I don’t have any of those little dry itchy ends anymore. No flyaways. It’s not super greasy like other leave ins. I actually only have to use it a couple times a week now. I don’t know if it’s like soaking into my hair and keeping it moisturized or what.It smells amazing. Like a really nice light and clean head of hair. It’s super lightweight so it doesn’t weigh my curls down and make me look like weird al.I know it says it’s for over processed hair but if you are a curly girl and looking for the most amazing drink for your hair, this is your jam.

Wow. If you're looking for a keratin spray that works exactly as it should and exceed all your expectations, then this is the spray for you.Ok. I know that sounds crazy, but I have tried quite a few sprays and I have high standards!First, it has a mild pleasant smell that is not overwhelming. I can't say that for other sprays I've tried. I'm looking at you Tresemme!If you have unruly hair or chemically treated hair, having a keratin spray is a must. Since I started coloring my hair about 2 yrs ago, my hair has been very unruly and conditioner alone was not enough. I have tried other keratin sprays in the past and even in combination with unfrizz serum, but they only made the hair not quite so puffy. But with Biolage Keratin spray, my hair feels great, smells great, looks great.I have always had good results in using Biolage product so I wasn't surprise that this product would work as it should. I'm bummed that I tried all these cheaper products first and frustrate myself in the process. Yes, this is more expensive, but you know the old adage? You get what you paid for? Yeah, that.I also bought a very expensive frizz serum that I have not used once.Anyways, I have this on automatic subscription now.

My best advice is, spritze into your hands and apply on one focused section at a time. Otherwise you will blow through it, with bad results in no time.I have mid-back length thick, curly, frizzy hair. I use this as soon as I get out of the shower and it makes my hair sooooo soft. I still use another styling product on top to accentuate my curls and keep the frizz extra tame, but i can use this by itself on less humid days.I also use it after I have straightened my hair, to calm flyaways and to give my hair extra flyaways.I wash my hair twice a week, and the softness from my first apply lasts through to the next wash every time. Sometimes I reapply on day #2 or 3 to revive my curls, otherwise I flop into a ponytail.

First off love the smell - it’s quite pleasant. I tried this right away on my curly frizzy hair and couldn’t believe how it softened and defined my natural curls. I’ve had thick curly hair all my life and always wore it short for control. I guess I went through a mid life crisis...quit my 15 year job - then started to wear my hair natural instead of constantly fighting it. Now I just wear a headband everyday instead of styling & am letting it grow. But I do need frizz control and this product worked perfectly on the first try! Conditioner does nothing for my hair and I've tried many products with disappointing results so am very optimistic about this one.
