This is the first time I have used a bike headlight. I think it works well and I definitely feel safer riding with the head and tail light on as dusk approaches. I'll be interested to see how it holds up as it appears to be cheap in quality. I have an really old bike and I had to rig the headlight connection a bit as it would not clamp tight enough. On my son's bike it was fine though.

Meh. The plastic is cheap, not like the resin more expensive lights use. The light works properly and the flash mode is effective. The battery cover doesn't stay in place that well. It takes a little work to get it to secure. Even with two sizing baskets the mount still fails to fit average sized handlebars. It has a strange feature that allows it to twist slightly off to either side, but it cannot turn 90 degrees for alternate mounting choices. The light does fit securely in the mount. Almost too securely; I had trouble with removal.

Fair overall but don’t hold on the handle

I have started bike riding more frequently. I prefer to bike in the morning before work. As it is now dark when I ride, I needed a light for safety. This seemed like a reasonable product that provided what I needed. When it came, one of the two batteries for the rear light was dead so I had to replace it. The button batteries are a pain to replace because they are expensive.The front light does not work as advertised. It is supposed to have 3 cycles - bright, low, and flashing. Unless I hold the button down hard, there is only one solid setting, somewhere between bright and dim. The flashing cycle does not work at all. It blinks 2-3 times and then turns off. I've replaced the batteries for the front light and put in brand new Amazon marketplace batteries, but it still does not work.

Amazing low cost bike light. The fact that you get a rear light is a nice bonus. I mainly use the flashing function riding in the city to keep motorists aware of my presence on the road. But the bright function is great for non lit streets. This is my 2nd purchase of this light, as I lost the first on while moving.

This is a reasonably well-built light, with a good mount, that takes three AAA batteries. But, the light is not in any way "bright". It's bright enough for oncoming cars to see you (especially when flashing), but only lights the road about ten or twenty feet ahead of you, and even that's pushing it.The rear light is extremely bright, but mostly because it's extremely tightly focused, with the beams about a foot across at ten feet distance. So, if an overtaking car is inside that beam he WILL see you; if not, then who knows. The mount is also iffy; it fits to your seat post, but unless your seat post is vertical (which would be strange) it'll point at the ground, making its brightness useless.

Not for finding your way in the dark, but better served for helping to be seen by cars. Can't beat it for the price.
