Took a chance on this book and became a fan of the whole series!
I gave this book five stars because even though it is fiction, to me it was as if so many answers about heaven before the creation of earth were answered. What life for the angels, especially Lucifers life was like. What life in heaven in general was like. The vivid details and imagery about heaven were lush, the details about how the prototype of mankind :Adam was crafted all the way down to the complex genetic design, it was incredible. How the angels pondered and pondered how to save mankind back in the days of noah because they knew how much God cared for us, yet they went back and back and checked and double checked and triple checked for a way to save mankind and finally when all hoped was lost they finally found noah, then finding a way to help him through the flood was another challenge in itself, it was great to read from the perspective of the angels executing their plans for noah, in the bible we read from the perspective of noah.I was not sure if I wanted to buy this book or not, I read through the amazon reviews, and finally decided to take a chance, this was my first fiction christian novel. I did not regret my purchase, I ordered book 2,3 and 4 since I liked this one so much. Its seven books in all, only 4 books are in print so far. I am currently reading book 2 The first Judgement, I'll write my review when I finish that one as well. The first 30 or so pages of the book, I did not find so exciting, it was in the future, revelations, a glimpse into the ending of the whole cosmic storyline. Once that was done, the story went back to the beginning of it all which is what I was looking forwards to reading about and it was great, I could not stop reading, once I finished one page I was hungry for the next until I finished the book, and at the ending I was left even more curious thus resulting in me ordering book 2 to continue the story.I recommend this book for all people, if you believe in the bible, dont take this book as gospel but rather as what could have happened with Lucifer and his angelic host. If you dont believe in the bible, its still a great read with a good storyline with interesting characters. Once faithful brothers and then in the end fighting on opposing sides. A tale of a forgotten son, felt abandoned, envy, war, banishment and resentment. Guilt and sadness turned into bitterness and rage finally resulting into overwhelming pride which leads to the cosmic paradigm shift.

This should be a movie: It was in my mind...well done and creative
We often center our attention on our own perspective. How does this affect me? What should I do next? What will it be today? In this series, I appreciated the perspective because it is not very often that we take a larger view of what could be causing things to happen as they are in our world. Our viewpoint even as believers is very humanistic and shallow. This takes us beyond and reminds us of a real struggle that we are caught up in due to the fall of man and God's plan of redemption. It is important to see the roots of all earthly struggles of good and evil. Very well written with detailed accounts of activities of angels and demon forces as well as the heavens. Also, a very plausible look into why Lucifer is still allowed to come before God with accusations and requests that are considered.

Great "biblically" based fantasy heralding The Great Tribulation !!!
Excellent Read !!!...Especially for those who are curious and intrigued by End-Time Bible Prophecy!!!An extremely well written and multi-layered narration makes for a great read no matter what level you're at in End Time Bible Prophecy. The story seems to meet you at your present level of understanding, then journeys you through ethereal intrigue that starts in the heavenlies and then erupts to manifest itself in the earthly realm-intangling and engaging all of humanity in it's dastardly web.Wendy does a wonderful job of interweaving the biblical account "with lure" to create this fantasy style exposé, that truly engages the reader from start to finish. It truly opens the readers mind to one of the many scenarios that could have played out to initiate Lucifer's fall and the subsequent unfolding of events that will culminate into an "epic" End-Time showdown punctuating his sure defeat and ultimate demise. It also entices the reader to ponder, and ask deeper questions regarding Lucifer's fall, the saga surrounding his undoing, and the great End-Time "drama" that is sure to play out.Have already started the 2nd book in the series...Loving It...What a fantastic read!!!

Very Good Book
Im not much for fiction, but this book was very good. It caused me to think about the events in the Bible in a more "real" way. The authors make the Angels and their experiences more humane, if such a thing is possible. I could empathize with Lucifer's internal dilemma when confronted with the creation of man. Great, great, visual imagery....at least in my opinion. Its a solid novel.
