Great tent with only a minor annoyance
This thing is nice and easy to put up, has a large vestibule, comes with a footprint, and can accommodate my 6'5" height. My only complaint is that the string used to cinch down the rain fly does not catch in the tightener they have built in. My workaround was to just wrap it around the stake a couple times. Also, it's not light/small enough that one person alone would want to take it hiking/backpacking alone. If you can split it up, that's the money way to do it. Lastly, the length that the poles and tent compact down to is super convenient. Most other tent poles are long and cumbersome, these are not.

Not Recommended
After a decade of great use with an earlier version of the Kelty Ridge Trail Ridge 3, I replaced it with the latest version. It’s frankly awful. Cumbersome to set up, difficult to keep up. The connections frequently fail in the night. Do not recommend. Kelty should have stuck to a good thing. This update is a failure.
