I ordered the 6 Pack Silicone Dehydrator Sheets to use with my Ninja Airfryer. My airfryer has the ability to dehydrate and that is my primary use. I wanted something easy to clean, easy to use and non toxic. This set seems to fit the bill. The set includes six 11" x 11" square trays, perfectly sized for most standard food dehydrators. These sheets aid in dehydrating a variety of foods, from jerky and fruit to herbs and eggs.One of the features of these dehydrator trays is their construction from food-grade silicone. I found when using these trays they offer a non-stick surface, preventing foods from adhering to the rack during the dehydration process. These mats also have raised edges, which are 0.35 inches high. These edges are designed to contain liquids, making the trays ideal for dehydrating items like jams, yogurt, and fruit purees without making a mess.. Cleaning is simplified compared to traditional dehydrator racks. The non-stick surface allows for easy removal of dried food residue. You can simply wash them with regular dishwashing liquid and warm water in the sink.I love that these sheets are also dishwasher safe, which saves me a bunch of time after cleaning up.I have found these trays have worked with anything I dehydrate, with no fuss. The only caveat is they are not designed for use in appliances that exceed 245℉ (118℃). This means they are not suitable for use in ovens or other high-temperature cooking appliances. For my purposes in dehydrating food, these have worked extremely well. Pair that with the easy clean up and these mats are perfect for my needs.

Good size and quality material

The silicone sheets are great. They look exactly as pictured and are very flexible. The sides are approximately 1/4" high. The sheets measure 11" x 11". I have used them for freezing whole strawberries, and the strawberries came off the sheets very easily. We have a Flip air fryer, with a dehydrate setting. These fit perfectly in it.

This six pack of silicone dehydrator sheets are great. My only problem was I didn’t check my tray size of my new dehydrator before ordering, they are too small to fit these silicone trays. I’m so disappointed because the quality of the trays are very good. It has just the right edge height to make fruit leather.Super easy to clean, I’d never use my dehydrator with a piece on each tray. Fair price.

I make a lot of fruit leather with a toddler in the house, and these work great. Fits my machine perfectly, has just enough of a lip around the sides to contain any would be spills, and releases so easily. I have done some of the smaller herbs that I don't want falling through the screens I normally use (think dill weed) and these work great for that too. I get so much use out of my dehydrator, it's great to have more than the couple flat trays that came with the machine. Now I can prep the next batch while the first one is finishing up, and just keep rolling through whatever I have.

What I like:The product is high quality and is versatile enough to function beyond its intended utility.I already have plenty of silicone sheets (same brand) which I use for my dehydrator, so I'm using these for some unorthodox purposes in the kitchen. For instance, I placed one sheet beneath our "leaky" toaster and it's doing a wonderful job of keeping the countertop clean! I also use some of these sheets for my cookie cooling racks, as it contains any crumb messes before they can even get started!I really like the raised edges of the sheets, as the raised edge prevents spillage of both, liquids, and solids.The sheets clean-up very, very easily.What I don't like:There's nothing at all that I don't like about the product.I'm a huge fan of the product. In fact, I've already placed additional orders for the sheets, and I'd order even more, but I have plenty for now!

I bought two sets to fill the trays in my dehydrator. Out of the box, the silicone sheets smelled like chemical residue. I assumed it was from the manufacturing process, so I hand washed them. Put them in the dehydrator at a low temp to dry and the original smell was far stronger. I figured I didn't wash well enough, so I put them in the dish washer. After the cycle, the dishwasher had a bad smell.Looked for answers online and it was recommended to test them in the oven. Put them in at 225, and they started smoking. Made the house smell like chemicals.Dont feel comfortable using these for food. Others may have had better luck, please be wary before using.

I got these to make home made fruit leather in my dehydrator, but these also work well as silicone baking sheets instead of parchment paper! Easy to clean as well!
