Easy to swallow small capsules in nice packaging. Really good ingredients that actually made a real difference to me. Better overall mood, improved sleep, less temperature fluctuations, and my skin was much much clearer which has always been a problem for me as have pcos. Also noticeably helped my IBS symptoms which was a bonus I am assuming as a result of the probiotics in the product. I had tried another well known brand of perimenopause supplements for a few months before this but was disappointed in the results I was getting and they were not half as effective as the Libby bido capsules. Would definitely recommend giving these a try even if other supplements have not been helpful.

I started to have pre menopause symptoms a while ago and have been on the search for something to help with this, I did a lot of research and I liked the look of this one as it has so many good quality active ingredients in, so I have been taking these for a week roughly and they are helping to relieve my symptoms and I have also been getting a better nights sleep the last couple of nights.

After taking this product for a month I feel that it has helped with my symptoms of peri-menopause, my mood has been slightly better, less bloating, better sleep and I feel less tired. Would definitely buy again and hopefully the benefits get better the longer ypu take it.

Was gifted these to try for a month. Easy to take and no nasty side effects. Nice packaging. Feel they did help with a few symptoms but would deffo need longer to determine if any true benefit. Would definitely say worth a try

I liked that good quality ingredients have been used, the capsules are easy to swallow and these are manufactured in the UK.I found my some of my peri-menopause symptoms have eased since starting this supplement. I feel less tired and my mood has improved. I have also noticed a reduction in my hot flushes.I'm hoping the longer I take these the more improvements I'll see.I would also love to see a higher CFU amount for the probiotics to help with my terrible digestive issues.I recommend others to try and see if it helps them too.

I took this for a month and felt amazing - all symptoms were muchly improved including stress incontinence (which I didn't realise was such a problem until I took these).I thought I would try a different brand that was cheaper but after a week on the new ones I'm going back to these - well worth the money 👍😁

This is great, what I noticed is during my cycle I’m normally a full day in a crash - zero energy! I didn’t have that my energy was low but I was actually able to do stuff. Been using the other Libby products and was so pleased when they launched this one as it's perfect for me right now. I love that they put good amounts of active ingredients inside, rather than cheaper alternatives on the market. This is a really high quality product and my symptoms have significantly reduced already! Will keep taking this over time.
