To the reviews that say they have no smell are lying! They stink! But other than that yeah they are okay, only just started them so don’t know if they actually do anything yet.

I have no issues with these over the last couple of months, the course / bottle has now run out.I took these as a supplement in the morning time with food and water. Just one a day and that was providing 500mg.Overall very happy and i now have some new Berberine supply to try in the future
