Very impressed
Opened the box and you're instantly hit with the smell of coffee beans. I love that. Not overly strong. A well rounded coffee I would say with a nice taste and dark colour. Had a few cups now and will be one we definitely go to again. Good value for money.

A Budget-Friendly Blend
Der-Franz Espresso Coffee offers a solid balance of quality and affordability, making it a great choice for those looking for a satisfying cup of coffee without breaking the bank. While it may not be the most premium brand on the market, it delivered a decent flavor profile that's well suited for espresso-based drinks.Pros:Affordable Price: Der-Franz is known for its competitive pricing, making it a budget-friendly option for daily coffee coIt has a smooth taste with a hint of bitterness, which is characteristic of a well-roasted espresso blend.Decent Crema: The coffee often produces a satisfying layer of crema, a visual indicator of a well-extracted espresso.Cons:Not Gourmet: While it's a good value for the price, Der-Franz may not offer the same level of complexity or nuance as some higher-end brands.Individual Preference: I acknowledge taste is very subjective, yet I found the flavour slightly lacking and a little too bitter for my taste.Overall:Der-Franz Espresso Coffee is a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfying espresso experience without spending a fortune. While it may not be the most sophisticated option on the market, it consistently delivers a decent cup of coffee that's perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Great taste and great value for money
I've been drinking good quality coffee for over 40 years. This is way up on the top on my list of top quality tasty coffees. It's coffee as it should be. Whatever way you choose to make it , the taste remains consistently perfect. Great value for money too. Reminds me of " Home".It is now my new morning "go go fuel" .If you want to do mornings ๐ and catch up with houseworky stuff. Try this . I will add , I am not a coffee snob. Whatever that is. I am just a aging oldie that enjoys real coffee โ.(Who is rubbish at taking photos ๐)

Mild creamy flavour, desirable as a breakfast coffee.
The coffee beans have a mild creamy aroma and flavour. They look appealing with a chocolate colour for grinding with your breakfast and produce a non-bitter coffee on either percolating or using a press. In comparison with other producers the roast of the 'melange' is light, which seems carefully chosen to avoid the harsh tones you would normally get when brewing your coffee on the strong side. As a drinker of unsweetened black coffee, this hits all the right marks for me.

A Year of Coffee Bliss!
I've been enjoying Der-Franz Crema Organic Coffee for over a year now, and I finally decided it's time to share my thoughts. From the first bag to now, this coffee has consistently impressed me.The beans smell incredibly fresh every time I open a new bag, and their appearance confirms their quality. Brewing this coffee with my De'Longhi bean-to-cup machine is always a delight. The resulting coffee is smooth, with a rich, golden crema that pairs perfectly with steamed milk, creating a beautifully balanced cup. What truly stands out is the exceptional value this coffee offers. For an organic product, itโs remarkably affordable without compromising on quality. It consistently delivers a premium coffee experience that rivals more expensive brands.Whether you're new to this coffee or a long-time fan like me, Der-Franz Crema Organic Coffee is a fantastic choice. It offers great taste, freshness, and value, making it a must-have for any coffee lover.

Great coffee
i like these coffee beans, i just wish it was a little bit stronger. It tastes ok for me. Considering how much coffee i get from this it is well worth it. the packaging is great, I wish it has self seal packaging.

Very nice Colombian espresso beans
I bought these beans to use in my high end filter coffee maker and was rather non-plussed to be honest.I thought they were "ok" without being exceptional or in any way remarkable. I recently bought a DeLonghi Dedica espresso machine though and decided to try them in that, and it was a great hit. All the flavour and intensity that even a good filter brewer could not extract came flooding out. This Colombia blend is relatively light with a slight smokiness,At around ยฃ10 for 1Kg it's a bargain. My experience would suggest that it should be prepared by pump espresso machine as the optimal extraction method. This is not the strongest or most intense coffee around but it's undoubtedly a very nice quality, with a smooth and easy drinking flavour, and it's one reputable and long-established coffee house's take on an Colombian blend.Definitely worth a try if you want for making an espresso that doesn't smack you round the head at the first sip.
