Love it
My little god send of a nail filer. Works like charm. I only use the pink sander and I’ve never hurt my baby. I would give this out as baby shower gifts even if they didn’t ask for it.

Easy to use
Great product. If your looking to do your babies or child's nails this is the best one to use. Easy to use and great results. I would recommend doing your child's nails as they sleep. Easy to work around a sleeping baby vs a moving baby

Works well but follow instructions!
*update 10/1/16 - upped from 3 stars to 5 stars. a customer service rep from little martin's reached out to me and provided some recommendations on how to better file my daughters nails. i did try as recommended and it did help a lot. i think there is a learning curve to getting it right, but it was my fault for not reading the instruction manual as detailed as i should have. i do my own nails a lot so i figured that i knew how to file nails but specifically for this product you should file at a 60 degree angle. the edges are still a bit tough but i think i'll get it down with time. i wanted to give 5 stars especially for the great customer service that i received from the company. not many companies would reach out and take the time to help you to use their product better and i really appreciated that. thank you!was hoping this would be the one item that would get my newborn daughters nails in check.. but no miracle product here for me. i have the piyo piyo scissors and the magnifying glass clippers as well as a traditional nail file - all of which didn't work for my baby. i used to be able to use the scissors while she slept and was a new born, but now that she's 3mo her sleep is much lighter and its hard for me to cut her nails, especially in a dark nursery. i needed something that i could use on her when she's awake. this file does work, but its really hard to get the edges of her nails which ends up being the part that scratches her face the most when she rubs her eyes when shes tired, etc... This is because the files are all round, and of course this is to protect the baby's surrounding skin and such so I definitely understand that. It does do well in general to round the nail though, even if she is moving.. I just have to hold her arm or foot down harder. But at the price point of this product I expected a bit more. I still have not found a great solution for her nails, so i'll just have to keep trying.

It's alright
Here's my review after 2 years of use. It works great and not bothersome for the little one. After about a year the nail file inserts needed to be replaced so i got like an 8 pack of aftermarket replacements. A year later it stopped spinning and just the light was on. Being past warranty I ordered the same thing (because of the inserts). Gonna make sure this time to sign up for warranty extension. They forgot to add stickers to my second one 😔 Hence, with all that said, 4/5.

A must buy!
If you are even considering buying this, do it! It is so easy to use and it painless for the baby. Saves a lot of stress too. I have had this now for 5 years and it still works great.

Love it!!!
This tool has been essential for my baby, who is way too squirmy to use anything else for his nails! Since the directions aren't super clear: here is what works best: line up the tool with the fingernail. Use the bottom edge of the disc against the nail. You want to file from the outer edge inward, so that you don't create a hangnail. Slide the control forward/up to file the left edge of the mail, and downward to file the right edge. Either one will work for smoothing the center. I started with the slower settings but now that he's bigger and I'm more confident, I go right to the faster settings so we can get done sooner. File as short as possible- the machine will stop if you try to go too far because of the friction with their fingertip, which doesn't hurt at all!

No more tears!
I absolutely love this nail trimmer. As new parents, my husband and I started off with baby nail clippers and after accidentally cutting his finger once we were done and looking for other options. We used this nail file trimmer when our baby was a newborn and we still use it 17 months later. It’s completely safe and won’t cut your little one! Even when my 17 month old squirms and squirms because he doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed, I can rest assured that this product is safe and that I can’t hurt him or accidentally cut him even when he’s trying to wriggle his fingers away from me. By far one of the best products a parent can have. I loved it so much that I purchased it for my cousin as part of her baby shower gift. Everyone needs one of these!

Protects your babies from looking like Mickey Rourke from Sin City
They come out with the most beautifully long nails and then proceed to ravage every accessible inch of their skin (mostly their face) like little wolverines coked up on all the drugs lol then you think you can just buy some baby nail clippers and that's it! Buy nope, using the little clippers can be a success OR you clip their little finger skin like your practicing the circumcision of little sausages. This thing makes it so you just file it down quick and painless, and then your babies face/skin won't look like the aftermath of a bad Edward scissor hand impersonation contest using real scissors ✂️✂️✂️
