Bought these first last year, due to over use of my knees and the tendions above them. This has worked like a miracle. I took and still take them daily. Relieves the inflammation. Better than taking insaids daily.

I got these because of the reviews. I have been dealing with some minor tendon inflammation and overall minor health concerns I thought that these would help with. I also have type 2 diabetes and this is supposed to keep it regulated. So far so good. The turmeric root extract is 316 mg per serving. The ginger root is 140 mg per serving in the black pepper extract is 5 mg per serving. You take 1 pill daily. It’s 100% vegan, there are 65 capsules in the bottle I order and my husband and I take this because of all of the great benefits it has to offer.
