I love these. They are so helpful. They really help me to sleep. I've tried other brands of magnesium, but none of them work as well as these. They're big and could be hard to swallow, but it's worth it if it works.

The product was of good quality, but the capsules were too large for my mother. Keep in mind that 1000 mg is a large dose; it's like the largest capsule size and they make it, it was bigger than that id say. This is the only reason I would deduct any points.

Very pleased with it. However, the large size of each pill makes it difficult to swallow.

I used to get terrible leg cramps when I got up in the morning but since taking these, my cramps are total non-existent!

The price and bioavailability are the two major advantages to this Magnesium Glycinate. The downside is the size. These babies are big! This seems to be one of the most bioavailable forms of Mg available. Definitely better than most multivitamins that use Magnesium Oxide. I used to prefer the citrate version, but a little too much and you will spend a lot of time in the bathroom. I take three tablets daily, in divided doses, with calcium citrate and never experience problems. My labs were much improved so Amazon's supplement is performing as intended.I'm sure some people like the convenience of taking fewer pills, but my recommendation for improvement is to either concentrate the dosage (if possible), or simply split the dose further to make the tablets smaller. Since I take 3 Mg and 4 Ca a day, it's a lot to swallow.

Effective, yes. Great price, yes. And it would be good if they made the large bolus smaller. Horse would likely have no trouble swallowing but the average human another story.

taking this for a couple of weeks, it really helps sleep, get good sleep without waking up during the night, highly recommended.

Honestly don't know how much it would change, but amazon elements has always been reliable
